You continuously spew ignorant (and--as exemplified in that post--entirely incorrect) fanboy tripe. Please stop. Don't you have any games to play?
I still don't understand why the anti-Sony crowd spends so much time spamming comments pages all the time. You have GeOW; enjoy it! Why are you so afraid of all Sony stories?
I don't know who's dumber: the paid MS forum lackeys or the unpaid ones.
Then go to IGN. These were all posted there yesterday afternoon.
Morons. There's a difference between outputting 1080p natively and upscaling. You guys looking at Gears -- probably the best looking game evAr -- on your 1080p displays are NOT looking at a native 1080p game.
Currently the 360 1080p games number exactly zero.
Quit your spamming, boy.
Quit yer spamming.
All of those facts are entirely correct, but they don't necessarily negate the EA opinion. GOW can still be the best game of the year without being innovative. And it's not being fanboyish to admit that.
It's a stellar game, regardless.
Well, it IS an incredible game when taken as a whole, but there certainly are weak points in terms of story, single player, and yes, innovation. Those certainly aren't game-killers in this case, but these guys do have a point.
It's still one of the best games of the year, clearly, so try to be a little less-fanboyish with your drooling.
Resistance isn't an innovative game either, but I doubt that's going to stop it from being a good game overall. There's nothin...
No, last word from From was that it was cancelled. I'd be interested in seeing a link that says otherwise. (A link to an AC preview page on a 360 fan site doesn't count.)
From Software said it was cancelled in September, and I haven't been able to find anything else about it since then. Where/when did you hear about a March 360 version?
It's too early to tell, but historically North American prices have not been a 1:1 match with their Japanese counterparts.
Stop yer spamming, boy.
Quit yer spamming, boy.
Quit yer spamming, fanboy.
"OMG NINTENDO COPYD SONY!11!"
;)
You can buy a 1900x1200 HDMI-equipped monitor for under $900 US (BENQ 24"), and a 37" 1080p HDTV monitor from Westingnhouse for $1100-1300. Unfortunately the Benq doesn't support 1:1 pixel mapping, but that 37" Westy is selling out all over the place as PS3 and 360 owners are snapping them up.
Nah, MS just announced their service before Sony's is opened up. Sony stated long before this that they'd be offering downloadable movies, tv, and tunes via an online service. They do have SOME connections in the biz, y'know. ;)
Judging by the recent trailers and TGS in-game footage, I think it's a mix of CGI and gameplay screens.
Well since the last word from From was that the 360 version was cancelled, that leaves you with the answer. ;)
UPSCALED, not NATIVE.
...and the justification continues.
Stop spamming articles that upset you.
