Do people think we live in a world where hosting the content on servers is free, excluding the massive bandwidth required to allow millions of people to download massive games at the same time.
I just wish we had the option for more cameras so I could put them in my shower and other places.
Eh, I read they were 680s on other websites (according to the colour on display in the picture), and they came out in March '012. What I said still stands though, you don't need the same hardware to run the same game until its near ready to be released.
People seem to not realise that no console game is created using the identical specs of a system. They are dev kits because they need to run in development mode, which contains a hell of a lot more crap than the built version of the game.
People are also forgetting the fact that they could easily be slightly older or temporary dev kits. People have been working on games for YEARS now, they don't need the same architecture to get the game running, that's only needed fo...
I subscribed for the first year PSN+ was released. You know what I got? Games I already owned, DLC I already owned, and some cheap android like games which I didn't even want, or could get for free anyway online. I'm not sure how much better it is now.
PSN+ just isn't for everyone.

It will more than likely run on Windows Live, which is DRM, and the game requires online connection to play anyway. And most PC games have CD-keys, most of which tie to accounts, so how are you going to sell them?
As much as I hate MS and what the direction they are going, you cannot expect them to seriously know 8 years down the track. They may say yes now, then realise something in their plan has changed 7 years from now.
Though I would be amazed 8 years from now if there excuse were the servers required to run, since MS will more than likely primarily be cloud based then, as well as how much more bandwidth servers will be able to hold and process in 8 years time.

I'm sure a PS3 could run a blank picture at thousands of frames per second at 1080p, it doesn't mean they will be able to push games like Killzone on PS4 to 1080p and 60FPS.
That's windows 7 on display, it's also using a different branded graphics card to the hardware in the Xbone, which is said to be the GTX 680 which runs at 2.5 terflops compared to Xbone's 1.2 teraflops.
And that's just the graphics card, who knows how much more RAM they have thrown in, or how much better a cpu they are running.
Deep Down, the game where we have seen nothing apart from cutscenes? Yeah, you can totally see how good the gameplay is! And comparing brand new tech (cutscenes could be pre-rendered for all we know), to 7 year old hardware is totally fair for graphics!

DICE aren't keeping EA alive, there is plenty more to EA than just Battlefield. There is a reason they continue to make Mass Effect, Crysis, Dead Space, Need for Speed, Dragon Age, ALL of their sports games, Sims, and many other games. Because they all make money.

No, we are paying extra to play one of the main features of the games we purchase. If they gave us the option to host our own servers that would be totally different, but they don't. They give us no option to multiplayer except for to pay for it.

And if you watch the live action trailer, Nilin (the main character) is clearly white. I highly doubt the devs made a mistake in their trailer, going from a black to a white women.
