The fact that not every country has fast speeds, and bandwidth limits, will mean that Gaikai isn't going to be the 'thing' of the next generation. Sony knows this, they wouldn't risk a huge amount of their customers for it. It as an addition like netflix is more than likely, so you have the choice to buy the game with a disk, or have the option to stream/rent, but I'm pretty certain most people find that conclusion quite obvious.

People need to understand how supply and demand work. Games aren't getting bought? You make it cheaper.
Developers could make more money off selling 2 titles of a game brand new for $40 each, rather than someone purchasing a game for $60 new and someone buying a used game for $40.

You're going to jump ship to PC where they also don't have second hand games? New release games are still usually the same as consoles for the first few weeks/months.
My point wasn't the fact that I couldn't play it, it was that a PC built before the current generation of consoles can still produce better graphics than the consoles, but you have proven to me that you are probably a 12 year old by using a similar 'I know you are but what am I' style argument, so I will just leave alone.
My PC I bought before PS3 was released could run the original Crysis, and that looks a lot better than the 360 version of this, so I would say it's safe to say that it would look better if it were possible to play the PC version on DX9 or 10.
Also, almost everyone has a PC/laptop. The price between getting parts for a gaming computer or getting a console and a laptop aren't even that far off (would cost more at release for a laptop+console).
