nothing, because I'm tight on cash right now and am waiting for Mass Effect. I will definitely get COD 4 though, maybe for Christmas, and I still need the Orange Box as well.
Well it certainly sounds like ME2 and ME3 could grace the PS3, if they are not being published by Microsoft. Because Mass Effect 1 is published by Microsoft it will be a 360 exclusive. As a previous post said, it is possible that Microsoft will pay up to keep this series exclusive to the 360, especially if it sells well, which I'm sure it will.
The idea of a universal gaming system sounds interesting, but I like the idea of choice. Of course, having every single game that co...
Until there's a definite winner, I'm going to get a DVD Upconverter to upscale my DVD's to high def. Sure, it probably won't look quite as good as HD-DVD or Bluray, but it will suit me for now. Not to mention you can get every movie on regular DVDs, and they're cheaper. You can't say that for the two HD formats right now.
According to this chart, the PS3 sold a little more than the 360 in most countries, yet overall, the 360 still had a sound victory. LOL, looks like the good ol' USA really is the most important country in the world! At least we have the best taste in video games!
This could very well be the best game of 2007.
It's no secret that Bill Gates himself was passionate and excited about the 360. I'm sure that there are people in all 3 companies that are passionate about games, and some that are more corporate and money-oriented.
Silly Jap.
I heard that Capcom makes the PS3 give it its lunch money everyday, while the 360 points and laughs, and the Wii is too chicken to tell the teacher. Damn bullies.
@LOL PS3 IS JUNK LOL - Dude, if you accused him of saying that and you knew full well that it's a bold faced lie, that is seriously not cool.
By the way, I understand that you are a 360 fanboy. Same here, I love my 360, and probably won't be getting a PS3, unless the 360 one day stops making games I want to play faster than I can beat them. However, it's best to not be so blatantly biased. We both know that the PS3 isn't a piece of junk, just like the 360 and Wii.

@Blitzed - "MS didn't 'recognize' there was a problem long ago, they 'admitted' to it. If you don't think they knew there was a problem long before they extended the warranty you are naive. Which also says 'yes' they did continue to sell a design with known problems."
-- I actually agree with you. No, I'm not naive, I should've said "publicly recognized", but I didn't realize that we'd have to get this technical. I'm sure they were in denial for a while th...
It could be that not everyone wants to play a bunch of lackluster Jap games. The 360 consistently pumps out games rated 9.0 or higher. No other console is doing that right now. The 360 has become the "cool" console to have.
"PS3 games are way beyond Holywood's blockbuster movies - more actions, more life-like effects, less cartoony, super true colors, mindblowing reality"...and their 360 counterparts get higher ratings because they usually look better and run smoother!
Your consistently moronish comments aside, the person who did that video is very talented. It is a very cool commercial. When the folks at Sony see that, the marketing director will start to sweat!
It doesn't look like anything a 360 or PS3 can't do right now. No doubt computers will pass them up, but I'll take my 360 any day. I will always be a console gamer. I can wait a few years to upgrade to my next console in one shot, and not every few months to stay ahead of the curve.
My 1080P Samsung accepts 1080P with component cables. I'm more than happy with the picture. HDMI may make it look a little better, but I'm very happy with what I have.
Wow, you Sony fangirls really are desperate to plant any sort of 360 negativity in people's minds. Let's think logically, shall we? Microsoft recognized that there was a problem how long ago? Haven't they added heatsinks and a smaller microchip? Why on Earth would they continue selling a design that they know may cause problems and add to their repair costs? It doesn't make sense.
Some people on here actually said that the problem will never go away. Granted, there will ...
"well, seeing that assassins creed was originally planned only for ps3, it should be apparent that the base build of the game was originally on ps3, then making another one for 360 when it became multi-platform."
Not necessarily. It was announced first, for the PS3, but I think they were both planned all along. Let's not forget that long before it was announced for the 360, when they showed early demos of the game at video game expos, they were running on the 360 an...
Why is it that every time a mediocre or bad PS3 review comes out there is "bias"? They gave Ninja Gaiden Sigma and R6V 9.0's. They gave Oblivion a 9.5 on PS3. If they thought that R&C deserved higher, then they would've given a higher score.
They're only one website though. There have been times when one website gives a terrible review, and another site will give a good review to the same game. I would read several reviews before making ,my final verdict abo...
This is great news, I hope MS will be a big player in video games for years to come.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure he was just joking. He obviously is a Microsoft fan, look at his picture. Let him be, and if you took away bubbles, you should give them back when you have the chance.
"...it is just split." -- Hence the memory problems. It doesn't have that limitation on the 360.
