"All the stupid EA sports video game fans own a 360, which is why those sales are the highest.
All of the stupid EA casual game fans own a Wii, which is why those sales are second highest (out of current gen systems).
PS3 fans are smart enough not to buy half the crap EA releases."
Yeah, I'm sure that's it. [rolls eyes]
It'll even out as time goes on, but I doubt that any other system this gen will surpass the 360's attach rate. You have to wonder too how many just bought the PS3 for only BluRay.
Unless ME2 and ME3 come to PS3, in which case it will be the best franchise ever, right?
I'm only replying so that I can type the word, "Gamecock".
I will be getting this one on day one.
Well they have to rate it for what it is. It's a trivia game. Is it fun and addictive. The score is probably about right, maybe even a little low. This is the best version of Scene It due to the added features and the fact that it does a good job at keeping track of questions already answered. It won't be GOTY, but for a casual party trivia game, I'm sure it does the trick.
Wow, you really are King Drama. That was very dramatic.
Thank you Jenzo! Whether you are a fan of the 360 or PS3, we can all agree that the proof has been/is/will be in the games. So far the clear advantage has gone to the 360 in not all, but most multiplatform games. Whether that changes or not remains to be seen.
That aside, here is a serious question for everyone who is loyal to one side or the other. If the console of your choice turns out not to be the most powerful, would you jump ship? Last gen, the Xbox was clearly more...
Damn Power of Green, that PGR4 pic looks real, as do the Alan Wake pics. The Mass Effect pics look very close to real.
Even if they are using 60% of the 360's power, look at what they've done with the 60%! By the time they get close to a 100%, it'll be almost time for a new Xbox anyway. I don't foresee the PS3 ever majorly outperforming the 360 in terms of graphics.
"Bad writing and shallow, stereotypical characters could cheapen the experience, not just for the general game-playing public, but particularly for those whose lives are currently affected by the ongoing situation in the Middle East. It's an already delicate issue being addressed in a medium best known for "dude, blow something up."
-- Yes, because we all know that stereotypes are made out of thin air. They exist for a reason. Do most people act like their ster...
Yes, if two different people reviewed them, then take it with a grain of salt. It's ONLY ONE review. One version doesn't become automatically better from one review. I'm anxious to see what GameSpot and other websites say, and what their percentages will be at gamerankings and metacritic. Probably pretty close either way.
This is why I wasn't that bummed when GTA IV and in the 360's case, UT3 were pushed back to 2008. Not only is this Christmas season kicking ass, but the first quarter of 08 is going to be great too. The new Splinter Cell will be awesome as well.
MGS4 will be a phenomenal game. I have a gut feeling though that if you're expecting it to be the best looking game on a next-gen system, that you'll be disappointed.
Actually, the 360 has consistently gotten the upper hand in multiplatform games since the PS3 came onto the scene. I know what is says on paper, but by looking at the games, the 360 is the more powerful. If it changes remains to be seen.
Definitely an incredibly gay review. Holy crap. The game looks like a definite winner though. I don't have a PS3, so let me know how it turns out.
Jack Thompson is a douche who needs to buy Crest Whitening Strips.
No sir, you are in denial. But maybe you can play Mass Effect 2 and 3 on your PS3 in a few years, if you're lucky. If you want to play the original, you'll have to buy a 360. Do you think this game is going to magically switch publishers or something?
Microsoft publishes GOW. Do you see it on a PS3? Doesn't Sony publish Jak and Daxter? If so, then you won't be seeing it on a 360. This is the same reason that Ninja Gaiden II will be a 360 exclusive as well.
Are FF and MGS4 published by Sony? If not, there is always a slight chance that is the difference. As far as Mass Effect, it is published by Microsoft, which means the only way PS3 gets Mass Effect is if Microsoft agrees to it. I don't think that will happen, just a hunch.
Why can't everyone just admit that every console has its limitations? The PS3 isn't light years ahead of the 360 as some people would like to believe. Which one is the slightly more powerful of the two? Let the GAMES decide that for us. The proof is in the pudding, after all. So far, it's been the 360.
But you know, if it turns out that the PS3 is slightly more powerful in the end, I'll still be happy with my system of choice because the 360 puts out games that I like to p...
"Who needs flying earoplanes and aliens with gay luv" - I do Cloud 360, I do. Who doesn't like hot alien lesbians?
