Guess its too much to ask for complete games.

This has less to do with Sims 4 than this new age of stripping content from game in order to up the price.

DLC is projected to earn something like a billion dollars, so expect more and more DLC. That's not even including pre-order crap.

If you prefer less value, that's fine.

It will be "Si__ 5", as they just didn't have time to add the "m" and "s".

Don't worry though, the "M" DLC will release at launch and the "S" DLC will follow shortly after.

Gamestop will have the "Male Sim" pre order DLC while "Female Sim" DLC will be exclusive to Origin.

You can mod the animations as well. Its not 100% perfect but its an improvement.

It "bothers" me, but those aren't the only mods out there. You can find plenty that improve the quality but maintain a good amount of "lore friendliness".

$200 to $400 is a monitor upgrade as I see it, so its not that pricey IMO.

So, out of all the features they, evidently, didn't have time to add to the game, this made the cut. That's sad.

"There is no attempt to communicate, discuss, or tolerate the views of other people here. None whatsoever."

Same is true for those with the opposing viewpoint as well. Try to have a dialog, you are called a "white knight" and that's the end of it.

Both side are guilty, if you fail to see that...

Even Asseto Corsa isn't perfect. Like most sims the accuracy varies from car to car.

You can find the number of cars with Google, its like 70-ish.

And for the record, he talking about unique tracks, not counting all the variations of the same track. Gran Turismo doesn't have 100 completely unique tracks.

@AngelicIceDiamond

While that may still be true, that was THQ saying that prior to closing. In that context it makes sense to drop it.

Things have changed and the IP is still viable.

Pricing model HEAVILY favors getting the subscription. You "can" do F2P, but they make it a hassle.

D3 is FAR from an MMO.

Not a simple matter of "porting" things over. Consoles are closed platforms, PC games by their very nature are designed for an open platform.

That... and there aren't any "PC games" just indie side-scrollers, that's the word on N4g anyway.

Far as SWTOR, well okay, but I really don't think its worth the port TBH. KOTOR 3 would be better.

So...Reading is an actual thing.

Yea!! Down with innovation!!/s

Many may think existing designs are "perfect" but what's the harm in trying something different?

What has anyone lost if this Steam controller fails or succeeds?

You didn't like the first 2 at all? And you are expecting 'what' to change?

Don't get me wrong, its completely fine that you don't like the Witcher series thus far, but I really doubt you are going to like the third.

Aside from it being open world, not much has changed. It looks better, and there are tweaks here and there, but its all essentially the same.

My advice would be to wait and hear what the consensus is among th...

I have none.

Got a couple of regrets...well, just one really, X-Rebirth. Though I stand by that purchase on the grounds that it serves as a reminder to trust my gut.

Creating an "infinite" amount of planets procedurally isn't anything new or "relatively" hard. Its math. There hasn't been anything in the information about the game, thus far, that isn't "doable" IMO.

Of course its not going to be easy to make the game but a small team can deliver on what they are promising. Take a look at 'Limit Theory' if you want to see what "small" developers are capable of.

1. Monster scaling was already talked about and not a surprise. Also, not a bad thing.

2. Better inventory = Good thing.

3. No branching story just is, what it is. This story doesn't need it, evidently.

So, gamer who doesn't like The Witcher, still doesn't like The Witcher, grats on consistency. Fortunately there are plenty of games to choose from in the world.

"Franklin has no plans to give players the options to create a Christian or Muslim character. 'But you can always imagine they are'"

Sounds like this is the overall theme of the game.

"No plans to add <insert feature here> to the Sims 4, 'But you can always use your imagination.'"

Huh?

Why would PC users have a problem with that? We have "settings" for a reason. They let us get the visual quality we desire.

If time was the only factor then yea, they "should" be, but it isn't the only factor.

Sony simple cannot throw the amount of resources at VR that OVR can.

Hardware is expensive. First you have the cost of R&D and then, unlike software, you have the even larger cost of producing and manufacturing that hardware.

Sony can take all the risks and even take a loss on the PS4, because that will sell. VR is, generally speaking, stil...
