Certain characters will also make an appearance as well depending on what you choose. I disagree that they needed to start shoe-horning characters everywhere for the sake of familiarity.
Clearly the narrative was a struggle for DA:I. The cinematics were dreadful. Clearly most of the attention was paid to the world, which I think they got right this time around. I hope they decide to put more effort in to how they present the narrative and the questing system. Quests were leg...
Because weather actually plays a role in racing. Now that weather can be simulated in a game, not having it is beyond stupid.
The biggest thing I missed was the back stories for the different races. DA:I has made quite a few improvements though. Its definitely a "Dragon Age" game.
As to the Dragon Age keep, there are quite a few changes that are made depending on the choices from the first game. I won't talk about those because spoilers, but that part in the article wasn't properly researched. It makes it sound like Hawke was the only thing to translate over and that is not the ca...
Political article making a political statement says "no politics in games". Speaking of hypocrisy...
Wasn't aware we were promised full on soft-body physics simulations.
The best thing you can do is judge the price based on what you are getting at that moment and not what it will be. Space Engineers was worth the price I paid a long, long time ago, so if they decide, for no reason, to just stop, I got what I paid for.
Either you take the risk or don't. I'm fine with a few standards but customers have a responsibility here as well. If you aren't okay with early access then don't buy in to it. Its really that simple.
Says a never-has-been-or-will-be on the internet.
To be fair the players knew what they were doing. Wasn't like they happened in to it unknowingly. Devs could have done a better job, but the players could have not taken advantage.
1313 wasn't an actual game, it was a concept shown well before it should have been.
The actual characters weren't final. It wasn't a section of a larger game, it was a purpose built demo showing what they would have liked to do.
My opinion, just based on speculation, 1313 was shown so early because of the sale to Disney, which happened a few months after. I can't imagine that LucasArts was not aware of the sale at E3 and likely knew that futur...
Missing the fact that certain settings won't be available on the consoles.
Its not like if you have a 770 that certain options are not available. The difference between "high" textures and "ultra" textures is nothing at 1080, and a waste. That options alone will let you max most other settings.
And lets be honest, Ps4andxb1, is hardly reliable for PC tech info. No clue what he's on about but its not reality.
So speculation = news?
Does this guy just love to hear himself talk about literally nothing?
Here's a thought, play the game first THEN talk about it. That was basically a VERY long-winded (and truly annoying) press release.
Thing is, if you don't run ubersampling you can turn everything on ultra.
Why do people act like it's ultra or nothing? Ease off the AA and don't use ubersampling and crank everything else up. I honestly didn't see much of a difference with ubersampling in Witcher 2, well, except the massive frame drop.
Settings are there for a reason. Unless your sole pursuit in life is to run this game at 4k, ultra settings, you will be able to run the game ...
In all honesty MS should stay at arms-length from PC gaming, IMO. So long as they provide a competent platform and not try some GFWL crap again, I'm happy. I am far beyond wishing Microsoft would "support" (whatever that entails at this point) PC gaming, beyond Windows. A nod here and there is good enough.
Private businesses have a right to sell what they want.
Now I'm pretty sure there's a huge difference between this game and GTA. Like the entire context.
SteamPowered is right, the TOS is the flood gates against a million of these titles flooding Steam. They are cheap to make and sell, unlike GTA. Boobs are easy money, both kinds.
Lots of jumping to conclusions going on, but this isn't surprising.
The TOS says what exactly and how is it applied to the game?
How does the nudity differ in this game from GTA? My guess is its different.
Lets be real here Valve has to draw a line somewhere.
That's weird, I'm always carefully considering loot. No movement? No challenge? Doesn't torment go to level 7 or something? I'm on Torment 2, trying to get geared for 3, and the elites get crazy. I am always on the move with my mage. Hell, they have "wallers" to try and pin you in, movement is a thing.
As for balance, that was an issue, but its gotten much more balanced. The elites used to be way out of balance but they adjusted it so they don't...
For me it was the always-online and auction house, mostly the auction house though. Now that its gone, the game is far better and much more enjoyable.
The auction house literally got rid of any reason someone that isn't a super-hardcore-loot-machine to play it. When you can just buy your gear, the game was boring. Now its actually possible to go out and loot your own gear. The difficulty overhaul made it much easier for me to properly gear up.
Better be working on their animations they haven't updated since ME1. The cinematics in DA:I were a joke.
That's not footage of the game. It looks like one of the earlier games or footage from the cancelled Battlefront 3.
Either way, the title is misleading.
Yeah, because why would you make a game when you can just skip town right?
Its perfect, Chris Roberts says he wants to make a game. People start throwing money at him. But he has to make it look good, so he starts hiring people and actually making the game. Then after a while he skips town, destroying his reputation and ensuring that he gets no future profits from this "game".
One might think that just making the game that is fully funded and profit...
