Crysis 2 sucked. Crysis didn't have to hold your hand for a quarter of the game. It gave you the abilities and pointed you in a direction and shut the hell up. In the sequel it seemed I had someone screaming in my ear about shit I don't care about every couple seconds.

The graphics weren't better than the first at all. The "shiny" nanosuit 2.0 looked like crap and there was a lot more texture problems than the first had.

Don't even...

They really need to stop apologizing. It was a good trailer, they should be proud.

There is a difference between people not liking a well written ending and not liking a garbage ending. What good is fan feedback if they can't admit to the poor quality in the first place.

They sat back and watched as their own fanbase was ripped apart by the gaming media. Its a little late to come to their defense.

At least 1313 is most likely next gen. Watch Dogs is probably as well. They will probably be launch titles. I do NOT think either one will be released for PC, especially 1313. Watch Dogs might make it to PC, but LucasArts has been very much against releasing games for PC because of piracy. Force Unleashed came a year later and wasn't ported in house. The sequel was also ported by another dev but was released at the same time as the consoles. Point is, if LA is making this game its for the...

no apology needed.

The demo was made on a Pc but that doesn't mean there will be a PC version. LA has been very "anti - PC gaming" for a while now. Early stuff for Force Unleashed was demo'd on PC too.

I'm getting sick of the cinematic experience in games. Soon games will be just one long cutscene that has the player press a button every once in a while.

I'm still waiting for a real space portion of the game, like swg had. It could have satisfied the desire for a SW space combat game and given TOR an edge IMO. I really lost interest in TOR after seeing the current space game. SWG might have died long before it did without its space expansion. It would really help with the lack of end-game content by adding a whole different game to play.

D3 is ok. But far from great. I don't think its bad, I really do like it. But I find myself asking what took so long? The story is garbage and the gameplay is average. There is nothing innovative at all in D3. Now, this isn't bad, but again, what took so damn long?

Its a good game, just a bit overrated.

Being sold on Steam doesn't mean it won't still have GFWL. M$ isn't going to rely just on their own service, they use Steam for their PC games as well.

Also, its not a matter of not supporting Steam but the fact that GFWL is a horrible service.

So...Force Unleashed with guns. That hasn't been done to death.

Having MMO issues in a sp gaming isn't that great. Granted, there's no monthly fee, but it still bugs me when the server is down. Its not the worst thing in the world, but for those, like me, who prefer the sp side of the game, the drm tends to be rather annoying.

I think there is something to be said about an offline mode when the server craps out or you lose Internet for some reason.

Diablo 3 really? It pays to do a bit of research. D3 has loading screens and its not a open world game like the others.

As far as land size, Daggerfall is the biggest.

Nah, they're dumb. They are having cash flow problems because of their stupidity. Since the prequels, its been one stupid decision after another. It really doesn't take a rocket scientist to make a good Star Wars game, yet they manage to both publish and develop garbage. The few gems they managed to put out were forgotten in favor of more garbage titles.

LucasArts is by far the stupidest game company ever and only continue to exist because of the strength of the Star ...

When Crysis 2 was initially announced I was really excited about it. Then I heard the setting would be NYC and pretty much lost interest. The changes to the nanosuit were also a factor.

I couldn't care less about Crysis 3. Its not going to be on Steam and the series is meh now. They wanted to give gamers the same experience on all platforms, but can't since you have to develop for the lowest common denominator which is the consoles. Honestly I don't see myself ca...

Wow! Someone is late to the party. Title says everything. Maybe someone could write an article on "originality".

You are actually misunderstanding the actual complaints, whether out of spite or ignorance I'm not sure.

It comes down to 2 kinds of people. Those like yourself, who don't need to "see" things and those who do. You are flat wrong that people didn't understand the ending. If you actually want to know the complaints about the ending there are plenty of great videos pointing it out.

Now, ME2 had 2 colors, yes, but the ending varied a lot d...

You do know there isn't a federal lawsuit right? Filing a complaint with the FTC is not the same thing and will likely do nothing at all. Except to show how horrible ME3 fans are.

When a book is written or a movie made there is constant feedback from many outside sources that ensure this kind of thing doesn't happen. They don't ensure that there is a "happy" or "sad" theme to the ending, no. They are there to make sure it fits with the narrativ...

Maybe it will, and next time a developer decides to make a story driven trilogy like Mass Effect, they'll plan for the ending from the very beginning of production instead of waiting till the last minute.

Maybe they consider the quality of the ending before tacking on an incoherent mess and calling it an ending. Then just assume the fans should happy they're allowed to buy the game in the first place.

I hope it sets a precedent. Think twice before han...

Ohhh please, stop with all the hyperbolic non-sense. There are no riots in Edmonton so chill out. A small number of idiots saying horrible things on the internet shouldn't come as a surprise. One idiot complaining to the FTC doesn't equal a government investigation.

You know what I don't like? People saying that fans of ME3 whom did like the ending wanted "harm" the folks at BioWare. You are so pathetic. You don't actually give a crap about BW, you ...

"He states that the FTC complaints were way over the top. He's 100% correct (just as targeted hate campaigns directed at individual Bioware employees are not only going to far, they should actually end in arrests)."

There were no targeted "hate campaigns". Did a few people go too far? Yes, this is the internet. One idiot filed with the FTC. Its a joke to think that's going anywhere. Also I am unaware of BioWare being held hostage. Care to explain t...
