There was very little coherent thought put into the endings. It seems they wanted to go a certain way with it, and ran out of time.
I cannot believe any rational person could watch the ending (singular) and say this was the best BW could do. For me its never been about the theme of the ending, but that it was just so horribly done. The ending should have been in the works since the release of the first game, if not during its production. Once they knew they would be doing ...
Does anyone actually think this is a good idea? NFS is a name, nothing more. For a game it works, but a movie? Any car movie could be called NFS.
Open World?! Action Adventure?! VIOLENT?!!! Are they sure gamers are ready for such a leap forward in gaming? I mean, all three...in the same game, is that even possible?
Seriously though, that is the stupidest title I have ever seen.
Wow, none of those were funny.
What the hell?
Author needs to lay off the sauce. I was at least expecting something more than "I'm tired...Ooo look at that plate number!"
I love the people who try to qualify their bigoted comments by saying "I have many gay friends, but...".
To which I reply "why the hell are they friends with you?"
You aren't a someone's friend if you believe them beneath you.
As for the article, I can't really relate to those game as I'm not gay, but for those who can relate, more power to 'em. As far as mainstream games are concerned, if it mak...
HA HAAA
(A certain ostrich came to mind when I read the title.)
consoles aren't dying. They'll evolve like everything else.
So Steam sales devalue IPs but Origin freebies don't?
Anyway, I'll wait for Steam summer sale.
GTA 5 could be the worst game ever and people would still buy it day one.
Yea, I'm starting to wish I hadn't. Ohh well, live and learn I guess. I should have waited for Torchlight 2.
That would be fine if you didn't have to pay 60$ first.
So taking an expansion and making it a full game by adding more content is low how?
The season pass clearly stated what DLC would be included and EtD wasn't part of that. Also, it was an expansion not DLC.
Now they are taking that expansion and making a full game around it. Not just bumping up the price but essentially adding that content to SR4.
Am I the only one confused by this outrage?
So the media can express its opinion but not gamers. Because of the few who do and say unacceptable things, all gamers should not express an opinion? Meanwhile, the media can say whatever it wants about gamers, because they are better?
Gamers may not be shining examples of humanity but the media is no better, as this article shows.
Gay characters in games may be a low priority but they should still exist. IMO the acceptance of the gay community is different than that of women or even other races. Not that one is more important that the other, but require different approaches. I would like to elaborate but I can't find the exact words at the moment and don't want to be misunderstood.
Suffice to say that I believe the gay community is unique (NOT more or less important, so we are clear) in how it...
What? You mean the other THQ that is releasing SR4?
Wouldn't it be greedy if they sold the DLC and SR4, as opposed to just releasing SR4? So they decided not to release the DLC and add that content to SR4 instead. What is the issue with that?
Its slight bummer that there won't be more DLC for SR3 but I wouldn't call it "a new low".
Skyrim is on the PC. Skyrim has mods. I would also wonder what the DLC situation will be like. Bethesda may not be treading new ground with Skyrim, but they tend to give you a lot of game for the money. Capcom on the other hand...
Yea it looks very painfully standard in terms of gameplay. I do like the idea of different perspectives though.
I guess when your stock price is in free fall you'll say anything. Maybe EA could stop trying to emulate WoW and Steam and do their own thing.
