Your logic is still flawed...
You've had a YEAR and several discounts / deals / promos to pick up a Wii U, but you instead wait and then act like it's releasing the same day as the PS4 and Xbox One. So please don't act like you would have to start collecting funds when you could have spent well over a year doing so and avoided this "conflict" altogether.

And? If you want a code, I am 100% certain you can get one. This isn't like playing 100 yen gomibako on a US account. You CAN literally get a code, just might be trickier than simply buying the magazine. You could also find someone to gameshare it with, so it again boils down to how much work you're willing to put in.

Just because some place is "removing thing", that doesn't make it a Japan Only exclusive. Just means some place is removing them.

Import the magazine, make a Japanese account, redeem the code, download the theme, enjoy.

Garethvk's comment is just that things change. Like Aliens CM was believed to be a fantastic game with a lot of promise. A day after release... you would be hard pressed to find someone that still believed that.
Everything right now just sounds good, but the actual practice is what matters.
The Wii U won't replace the PS4 / XB1, just like the Wii didn't replace the PS3 / 360. There is and will be plenty of great titles down the road, but comparing the two is a little unfair.
They have different focuses and offer different experiences.
The pad is pretty much the Wii U, so losing it wouldn't be that much different than just releasing a whole new console.

Lets not forget that this game has AI so bad that people LITERALLY say to not buy it unless you know people. That alone should be worth 0.1, since that is a bold, but accurate claim.
They've done IGC bundles before, so this isn't really shocking. This just so happened to be their way to get rid of the 3G Vita's (no one wants to pay a premium to pay a premium) and was a good deal at the old MSRP and a killer deal at the new MSRP.

How is this a problem? Neither have a thing to do with one another and is like saying you can STILL buy a 4 gb Xbox for less, so this isn't a deal. Yeah, you can totally buy a 4 gb Xbox for less, but that doesn't make a difference if you want Sony exclusives or the ability to play on the go.
Well the PS3 / PSP remote play was more of a cool idea that went nowhere. Since a lot of people never really bothered with it and I recall the experience being so so... I can see some questioning how good it will be.
Ironically... so was FFA.
However, the Vita has several examples of things gone right, so who knows.
But none of those games are exclusives. Well Malicious sort of is, but is still largely the same game.
I wouldn't call Persona 4 Golden or New Little King Story (it's largely just a port of the Wii version with a different story) exclusives, but beyond that good list.
As long as your internet connection doesn't suck, it should. The only real question is how much will you actually use it.

EU might have more subs, but they also have infinitely more guidelines to follow. Remember, EU isn't just 1 country, but 10+ of them and some games have different requirements. Like didn't Germany get a beta or demo for something as a Plus exclusive because of this?
