Does this make the old CoD engine sexist?
So in what reality is GameStop completely evil and publishers are righteous?
While the Xenoblade / Metroid Prime thing was less than desirable, it DID put more copies in the hands of consumers, which will result in more people having a chance to experience them. This will also cause the prices to drop, which is a win for consumers. Not to mention GameStop has also worked with publishers to get used copies of games like Soul Sacrifice to come with online passes.
Considering we don't really have one as it is, what difference does it make?

Well Nintendo DID say they would transfer them for you and they do plan on fixing it (they did sort of fix it with the 3DS). Historically speaking it probably won't be as good as XBL / PSN's systems, but it won't be AS BAD down the road.
The sad / amazing thing is how much worse the friend code system is. No matter how much you love Nintendo / want them to win, you have to agree that the Friend Code system was annoying and stupidly dated next to even the earliest of Xbox Live.
"yet not a single moral-paragon-reviewer ever mentioned it. Do they believe that having such character is bad for their cause too, or are they too blind to see the good parts of a game? "
Theory 1 - The average reviewer did not beat the game or really get into hard mode. I know some who reviewed the game (with a preview copy from Atlus) and did not actually beat the game or fully experience it.
Theory 2 - The characters that ARE sexualized are more commonly ...
"One main concern is will there be a platform around to play physical media? Meaning that records and tapes were prime in their day but have since given way to the likes of cd and even digital. "
This is kind of moot with gaming consoles, since they're designed to work on the system in question. Like PS4 / PS3 both use Bluray, but a PS4 game won't work on a PS3 and vice versa. Furthermore, you can still buy VHS players to this day from BestBuy / Sears / etc....
"This holiday season" is typically what they say and Halloween IS technically a holiday. Not like we don't see companies pushing Xmas gifts earlier and earlier.
Honestly any date a month from now (we would have too many reports of places stocking the system, displays going up, etc) could logically make sense. However, these release dates tend to change and sometimes people have no clue what is going on.
When Anarchy Reigns got delayed for 6 months, Platinum Games said they were unaware of this and confirmed the game was done / this delay was pointless. Rayman Legends was a lock to release in 2 weeks and then OUT OF NOWHERE it became ...
"Ummmmm what"
What is confusing about that? It just means it could be another Mortal Kombat (Kratos was playable in 9), Soul Calibur (Kratos was in Broken Destiny), PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale (he was playable), and to a far lesser degree, LittleBigPlanet (would be weird if they used nonLBP footage, but he still had costumes in that game). The point being, just because you see X character does not instantly mean it's Y game. Like DoA 4 for instance had ...
Come on! inFAMOUS 2 was had a better combat system and was a larger world, but marked a HUGE step backwards storywise. Sadly Second Son seems to be another back step (hopefully the game will prove me wrong) with them really diminishing Coles sacrifice.
What UnRivaLeD said, plus Sony already implemented this stuff with the Vita. So I would be surprised if they dropped the idea with the PS4, when you honestly lose nothing giving people multiple copies of the same data that require you to purchase multiple versions of the game.

Are you CERTAIN it requires a paid membership? Power up rewards is free to join and most promos work with the free status.
If Battlefield 4 gets a season pass, then this will be a HUGE thing for a lot of people.
You figure you can buy Battlefield 4 and the season pass on the 360 and get your fill of it. When the Xbox One comes out, you can trade your copy into GameStop and get the Xbox One version for $10 dollars out of pocket. Now that you have the next gen version for a mere $10 dollars more, you get the Season Pass on the Xbox One for free. It's like getting your cake and eating it too. ...
Well we don't know how these copies were obtained, so it's entirely possible that GameStop worked out something with Nintendo and paid them more upfront. And or, offered Nintendo something in order to get these copies. While I would love to say Nintendo is better than that, they did recently take ad revenue on YouTube and contrary to what earlier reports said, the minimal time is not 15 minutes (I have a video at 5 that got it, so it seems it's every or virtually every video). Odd...
That is correct, but a far cry from "So basically you're telling us that the Inventory team should be fired for all these years they had stock that they didn't know about?" If you want to believe it's a reprint, then more power to you because it seems fairly likely, but that doesn't mean it couldn't be something else.
I got 1,934 comments on N4G. Find one where I crucify the Xbox One for their policies.
k.
I like that Lego games are listed (popular with children and adults looking for simple fun), but things like Madden are not.
Not the best fighter around, but certainly one of the more unique ones. Will probably be part of Plus in the near future, since it was in Asian (Japan too I think) and we ALL know how much US Plus loves to give us fighting games.
@ LaChance
Considering your source is over 2 years old and we know absolutely nothing about this game... does it really matter either or? You could also write that off as them possibly looking into doing it for another platform or the cost was too great for 1 platform.
This.
A lot of people like to get low level Pokemon and do specific things in order to make them the way they want. Finding nothing but level 99 Pokemon would make the game harder, but it would completely destroy a HUGE part of the game.
