Why the hell are you talking about KZ2's Average Review when it's currently higher than Mass Effect's Average Review score on N4G? On Metacritic Killzone 2 currently has the same average score that Halo 3 has and is rated higher than Mass Effect on Metacritic as well.

For the amount of detail and action going on screen at once, I'm not sure if KZ2 would have been able to run smoothly if there was co-op implemented.

LOL, if that ever happens (which it most likely wont and I hope never happens) you should actually be grateful because at least you would get a reliable machine from the start instead of having to worry about Microsoft rushing it out and possibly screwing up the hardware again.
Up to this point, I've looked at every bit of Killzone 2 footage because to me the actual footage itself wasn't really much of a spoiler, but the ending is literally one of the most important moments in a game for me, and there's no way I'm going to spoil it for myself.

It was already confirmed by Sony that there WASN'T going to be a KZ2 Superbowl commercial because the Fan-made KZ2 Superbowl commercial that was passed off to be real was FAKE, so why the Heck was anybody expecting a KZ2 commercial after that?
Just because there was no Killzone 2 SuperBowl Commercial it doesn't mean that Sony WON'T market the game at all or that it means "FAIL" for Killzone 2.
If Sony ran a KZ2 SuperBowl Commercial, they probably would have had very little money left at all in terms of advertising budget to Market Killzone 2 again.
So basically it came down to this: Spend a boatload of money just to market Killzone 2 ONCE for the entire month of February, or give Killzone 2 a go...
This is quite surprising to me. I have the OPM Resident Evil 5 review sitting right in front of me and I recently submitted the article, but OPM didn't even mention a PS3 hard drive installation for RE5.
But, either way, a 5GB installation is nothing that I'm not already used to. I still have around 20GB left in my launch 60GB and will be upgrading the hard drive sometime this year anyways.

At the Library where I'm in College, there is currently a 1 Gbps connection, and in the Dormitory where I'm staying it's a 100MB connection, but I guess I can only wish until the entire U.S. gets a connection that fast. It would be sweet to be able to download an entire HD movie within a few minutes.
I think that Sony should just let the PS2 complete it's 10 year lifespan.... I mean, there's still people buying PS2's, and it's still a source of revenue for Sony.
PS2 sales probably help to offset the losses from PS3 sales, so really the PS2 isn't exactly "dragging Sony's gaming division down", in a way the PS2 is sustaining the gaming division because without PS2 sales to offset the losses from PS3 sales, Sony's gaming division would probably be in even worse shape fina...

If you don't give a damn about exclusives, then that's just you, and Most of the DLC that some developers are releasing should already be included when the game first releases anyways.
Even if the GTA4 DLC was released on the PS3, I wouldn't be buying it because I got tired of that game too quick and it got really repetitive. I played San Andreas for nearly 2 years before putting it down for good. GTA4 was the first GTA game that I played for only a month ...
Out of all the videos I've seen, I think I like this Multiplayer map the most.... and the Bots in the game are actually REALLY good, the enemy A.I. in Killzone 2 is top notch, that's for sure. The wind effects in this level and the amount of detail is just SICK.
I don't know what kind of black magic Guerrilla used to get the Multiplayer of KZ2 to look just as good as the Single Player and run just as smooth, but damn, they did an awesome job!
So, the PS3 was only down 44,000 units, and PSP sales were only down 68,000 units.... Wow, that's such a huge drop (/sarcasm). The PS3 is still $399 and still sold more overall in 2008 than 2007.

Come on man, take that mess to the Open Zone, and I totally agree with KnaveX. Enough with bashing systems and games, grow up.
For me it's Alternate 1 or Alternate 2.
I like Alternate 1 because the Shoulder buttons (except for R2) are the same layout as Killzone 1 and the Zoom and Sprint buttons are the same as KZ1, and I'm pretty used to that layout already.
The only downside to Alternate 2 for me is R2 for Grenades.... I prefer L1 or O for Grenades. I'll have to try both Alternate 1 and Alternate 2 and see what works best for me.
I can't believe there's actually people complaining about KZ2 not getting a bunch of 10/10's across the board.... honestly I never expected it to happen just because it was Killzone 2 and so much controversy around the game, but I'm just as happy to see it get so many 9's, 9.5's and a couple of 10/10's.
And this article is actually complaining about No Install?! LOL, if KZ2 had an install, they would probably be the first site complaining about it... hypocrites.

Gah!.... the guy on the Far left is just a nitpicker. I haven't heard anyone say anything about KZ2 having "Bad Character Models" until that guy from Gamespot.
I think Killzone 2 will get at least a 9/10 from Gamespot though because if they rated Resistance 2 9, then I expect no less for KZ2 because KZ2 is on a much higher level Graphically, Technically, Production Value wise, and I think that KZ2 is a lot more polished overall.
