I really don't see how being at the top of Gamefly Charts is actuall a good thing or "cool". I guess it means that there's tons of people interested in the game, but that doesn't mean that the people renting it are going to buy it.

I got both Heavenly Sword and GT5P when they first came out. I'd have to say that Heavenly Sword is one of the most underrated PS3 games thus far... the voice acting, the lip syning is spot on, the action, everything in Heavenly Sword was truly amazing and it's a shame that there wont be a sequel. I totally agree with that list. I haven't played a Final Fantasy game before, so I can't really speak on FFX, but I've heard nothing but good things about that game, so I wasn't surprised to see it in the Top 5.
GTA3 for me wasn't my favorite, but I guess it was included in the Top 5 because it's the GTA game that really started the GTA revolution and I can agree with that, but San Andreas is still my favorite GTA game to this day.

Articles like this are just ridiculous. How exactly does the PS3 needs "saving"? There's an awesome lineup of Exclusives in the PS3's future, and even though the PS3's sales decreased in Jan. 2009 compared to Jan. 2008, that was really expected (to me at least) because the PS3 is still $399 a year later.
The PS3 has sold MORE consoles at a higher price in a smaller time frame than the 360 did with a with a cheaper price, now that doesn't sound like a console that needs ...
If Sony is going to advertise Killzone 2 at a Movie Theater, they should advertise it before the showing of Watchmen, because that's the biggest movie coming out just a week after KZ2. I've seen Sony PS3 advertisements in a Theater before, and a KZ2 ad before a big blockbuster movie like Watchmen would be a very smart idea if Sony follows through with it.
I don't know when the heck Sony is going to start TV Ad's for KZ2 in the U.S., but I'm guessing it'll be during the week that ...
That concept art looks REALLY interesting and it looks pretty unique/original to me.
I don't know about anyone else, but that giant Robot pic with the boy standing in it's hand reminded me of Shadow of the Colossus. Since the studio that was going to develop this game went under, if a Sony 1st party studio was to take over development duties, I'd say let Team ICO or Sony Santa Monica develop it.

I started playing through MGS4 for the second time, but on my second playthrough I was doing a speed run and playing it on Hard and I was playing through it without any Alerts, Rations, or Kills and got to the MotorCycle chase part in Act 3 or 4 and got stuck at one part during the chase scene and haven't played MGS4 since then (It's really hard to beat that Chase scene without killing and without using a Ration.)

Well, Tecmo did a good job of porting Ninja Gaiden Sigma to the PS3 back in 2007, and 2007 was the year the PS3 mostly got a lot of lackluster 3rd party multiplatform games, but Tecmo managed to pull off a quality port, and Itagaki had no part of the Sigma port.

Even if Microsoft had a 2 game deal with EPIC, there's no way in HELL Microsoft would let Gears of War go multiplatform because they'd shell out the money to keep it exclusive.
I know that Cliffy B's next game is rumored to be multiplatform, but Gears of War 3 or any other Gears game for that matter isn't going to come to the PS3. The only way Gears of War would have a chance to come to the PS3 is if EPIC was acquired by another company like EA *cough* Mass Effect 2* cough*
God of War, Rubbish? It's literally one of the best Hack-and-Slash games to me and is one of the highest rated.
I definantly didn't see websites going this crazy over Ninja Gaiden 2 and Devil May Cry 4 before they were released. Only God of War 3 has gotten such excitement from the gaming media, and anyone that's played a God of War game and a fan of the series would know why.

Well, European PS3 owners can import the U.S. PS3 version (or Japanese version), so no big deal... but 360 owners in Europe... well it looks like it's going to be a long wait. I know that PS3 games are region free, but I don't think 360 games are.
360 owners in Europe that don't have a PS3 that plan on buying FFXIII might as well get a PS3 anyways because they aren't going to be able to play Versus XIII because that's only on PS3.

I totally agree with callahan09 and pirate. That scene that both of you descibed in MGS4 for me was just SOOO Amazing and emotional at the same time and I have never seen that done in a video game until I played MGS4.
However, you wont really be emotionally attached to MGS4 and you won't really "feel" for Snake unless you play through the previous games.
