It is quite a different scenario. MS and their fan boys have been getting their asses handed to them for 4 years by time this releases.
Big-time MS fan boys are desperate to get a more powerful system (even with no games still) and could cause a small surge over a few months.
Not sure it will help them win the year, but I think it is different.

It doesn't say Scorpio will outsell PS4. It says Xbox.
PS4 is marginally winning each month in NPD. A surge from Scorpio in the final few months could potentially put them ahead for the whole year.
It's simple, casual gamers make up the majority of sales. So DF ain't going to help that.
Not sure what everyone even thinks the big deal is... the console is what we have know about for months power wise.

It very well could be a small issue. But you also have to understand that for 1 online incident reported, there are probably many more people that are having it as well. This is also the type of issue that some people might not even notice. But it is still an issue.
This is a feature. Curved screen console. Nintendo is ahead of the game.
Depends on the price. Pro certainly isn't worthless to buy. You get an enhanced version of the game. The system only costs $100, it is worth it for a lot of people.
