I'll have to disagree with that. Resistance would not be pulling off Halo sales just from being on the 360. That is complete nonsense.
Is GTA relevant this gen? Hmm... GTA IV is the highest rated game of this gen, it has sold in excess of 20 million copies, it has not once dropped out of the Top 10 most played games on Xbox LIVE since its release (last I checked Major Nelson's blog it was #5), it redefined DLC by giving as much value as a full game in TLAD and TBOGT (both the highest rated DLC packs ever released), and it was truly a technical marvel, blowing away pretty much every other game with its meticulous attentio...
The deformed hookers was hilarious. That was disturbing, like some freakin' "Silent Hill" s*** or something!
Christ, that guy in the video just rambled on and ON, especially toward the end there. It started to not even make sense anymore.

I came here to say exactly that.
I have fond memories of Gears 1's multiplayer from back in the early days of the 360, so I have to give the multiplayer win to the first Gears, despite Gears 2's fantastic Horde mode. But Gears 2 wins by a mile when it comes to the campaign. So I will have to call this one a tie. Now bring on Gears 3 already!

Pulling off a headshot in Gears of War is undoubtedly one of the most satisfying experiences in gaming. That iconic *pop* as the skull explodes into pieces. Ahhh...
Kinect was a massive success. Move was not (to say the least). That should easily explain why there is so much Kinect support.

I love how the DJs think you can clearly hear their music through their mic when most of the time it sounds completely terrible and distorted. I've had to mute one too many of them.
Generic shooter? You've clearly never played much Gears. It has some of the most visceral gameplay of any shooter. It is a completely unique feeling. I've certainly never played another shooter that provides the same weighty and satisfying feeling.
