They sure do love Nintendo games.
It certainly has not been quiet for me or any of my Xbox LIVE friends. There have been so many games coming out on the 360 recently that I have simply not been able to keep up. Recently, I've been swapping back and forth between 5 games at once; Gears of War 3, Skyrim, Forza 4, Saints Row 3, and AC: Revelations.
Never have I been playing so many games at one time, but there are so many coming out, and so many in the last few months that I still haven't gotten to try, ...
You would have to lose something first to "win it back".
This could be one of the most idiotic articles I've ever seen posted on N4G, and THAT is saying something. I do not know of one Xbox 360 owner that is disappointed, upset, or feels "left out" after the VGAs...
1. "The Last of Us" PS3 exclusive
It was already known to be a PS3 exclusive before the event, so why would anyone be disappointed? If we knew nothing about the game, saw the trailer, got our hopes up, and then it said "excl...
Except the gap between the 360 and PS3 in the US is far, far, far larger than the gap between the PS3 and 360 in Europe. The 360 absolutely dominates in the US as of late, while the PS3 does moderately better than the 360 in Europe, but nothing like the 360 does in its home territory.
They are all the time, so no need for "then what"s.
The perfect score for this game.
Uncharted 3 was the least likely to win, being the lowest rated game of the 5 nominees on Metacritic:
96 - Skyrim
95 - Portal 2
94 - Arkham City
93 - Skyward Sword
92 - Uncharted 3
Only on N4G!
Imagine if this was a Microsoft title. The whole site would be condemning it for being yet another zombie game. Someone commented on another article that if the game was from Microsoft, they would expect it to be a zombie game because they wouldn't expect anything original from Microsoft. I wonder where that guy is right now.
It was such a predictable winner. They had not announced the Best Role Playing Game winner by the last minutes of the show, so the GOTY winner had to also be the winner of the RPG category. And there was only one RPG in the running!
I wish I could be spending too much time playing Skyrim, but I haven't played it in over a week. I'm still waiting for them to patch the patch that screwed up magic resistance. *sigh*
Funny, because each and every year the Xbox 360 sees more game releases than any other console, from multiplatform, indie, and Kinect titles, to exclusive, Arcade, and PC/360 titles. This is simply a fact.
Numbers for all three consoles are:
360 - 1,700,000
PS3 - 900,000
Wii - 860,000

If that is not complete Xbox 360 domination, then I don't know what is. It almost sold as much as the PS3 and Wii combined. I'm almost afraid to see next month's numbers. The worldwide gap could be well past 4 million again by...
Wow. That comment is just about as delusional as it gets.
I can't wait until it comes to the Xbox 360 early next year.
I count 11.
Why not have games AND dashboard updates like the 360?
Coming up with the top 10 games of all time is a pretty difficult task and I feel I'd have to spend a lot of time to create a list that did these games justice. But two games from this gen that I'm certain would make the list are Grand Theft Auto IV and Red Dead Redemption. Both are truly masterpieces in every sense of the word. That simply cannot be denied.
Thankfully, both games got the recognition they deserved. RDR rightfully holds a 95 on Metacritic and many, man...
So it is GOTY worthy even with all these bugs? If it had no bugs, I guess it would be Game of the Decade!
