You've never played the game, but you know it deserves more than a 6.5? Okay then... "All the stuff to do" boils down to nothing more than a bunch of shallow and repetitive mini-games which seem to primarily be there as filler. I've completed the game 100% with every achievement unlocked, and I would give it no higher than a 7/10.

With a 67 on Metacritic, I somehow doubt Xbox owners would "eat up" SOCOM 4. And how exactly are shooters more prevalent on the 360? Both consoles' top-selling games are shooters, both consoles' biggest exclusives are shooters. Just because the PS3 lacks an exclusive shooter anywhere near as successful as Halo or Gears doesn't mean the console is any less shooter-centric.
Except the Wii has the most exclusives this gen, the 360 has the second most, and the PS3 has the least.

Except Japan was a very strong sales region for the PSP. It was often the best-selling platform every week in Japan (ahead of handhelds and home consoles alike) in its day.
On the other hand, Japan has always been the 360's worst region. Take away every 360 that has ever sold in Japan and it would still be ahead of the PS3 in total worldwide numbers.

It's the same thing every year. The PS3 outsells the 360 by small amounts for the first three quarters of the year. That all builds up to a yearly lead.
