I do not recall ever performing rape in a video game, let alone being rewarded for it.
Same reason any multiplatform game gets exclusive 360 content. A nice big check from Sony/Microsoft. Or do you think that only Microsoft pays for exclusive content while devs give it to PS3 for free because they looove Sony so much?

It's awesome to see GTA IV holding its place in the list. Going strong for over 4 years now!
The only one I'd really have to disagree with is the controller part. It seems to be pretty unanimous among gamers (anywhere except N4G of course) that the Xbox 360 controller is superior in most regards. That is one thing I rarely see people argue against. The analog stick placement, the triggers, the ergonomic design that perfectly fits the player's hands, etc. The only thing I've ever seen anyone complain about is the D-pad.
Not to mention Forza Horizon.
You can't be dominating the racing genre while not having the three highest rated racing games of this gen on your console: Forza Motorsport 3, Forza Motorsport 4, and Forza Motorsport 2.

I don't like rushing everywhere in GTA IV because the city is so incredibly detailed that there is so much to see and take in. It's perfect that the default speed is walking, you hold A to jog, and tap A to sprint. Now it's fine in other open world games to always be running because their worlds are usually bland and lifeless compared to Rockstar's hyper detailed environments.
The only time I think the jog should be default speed in GTA V is during combat, and...

@Catoplepas That is not "hacking" in any way, but phishing. Surely you understand that sending people phony e-mails to which they willingly give out their account details is not considered hacking. That's just taking advantage of stupid people and that's all it ever is in these alleged "hacking" incidents involving Xbox LIVE.
N4G has got to be the most one-sided gaming community in existence.
Grand Theft Auto IV is hands down my favorite game this gen. The detail in Liberty City still blows me away to this day. It is masterful.
This is why Xbox LIVE is by far the best online service on consoles, with no real competition. They are constantly adding new features and perfecting the dashboard. It has such a slick and intuitive interface, and it is only getting better!
Microsoft funded the GTA IV DLC's development with a $50 million loan, of which Rockstar paid back in its entirety. That was always the agreement, and it benefitted both parties in the end.
I doubt it will be a PS4 exclusive OR a PS3 exclusive. The last time the game was brought up during E3, Jack Tretton sounded very uncertain about it. Here is the quick interview:
