BS list here's how it should go:
1: peter Dinklage
2: Keifer Sunderland
3: Kevin Spacey
4: Mark Hamill
5: Keith David
Seriously: Nice list. Though I'd more put Steven Blum on an anime list. (He'll forever be Spike Spiegel to me). That and I'd put Troy above Nolan just because I feel Troy has more range. Hell, probably put Jennifer above him as well. She's the main reason I played as femshep.
That Marlboro one is so true.
From the article: "The same could be said about the PS4 in a few years, if only it could play CDs. Though that's not a troubling issue for most gamers today"
I just got my physical copy of life is strange, which I absolutely love the soundtrack. I'd been buying a few individual songs from iTunes, but with this box, I got the whole thing on CD. excited, I quickly popped it into the PS4 to play some music while I made the kids dinner. "unsupported dis...
Hell I almost never turn on my 360 and I only have a handful of games on my PS3 to go through until I can say the same there (Yakuza here I come). But I put the 360 in the kid's room and the PS3 will go into the guest room and they'll be used as streaming boxes in lieu of an apple tv or roku. keeps the guests and kids entertained with either games, Netflix, youtube, or whatever.
And if I ever feel the need to play an old game, it's right there for me.
sometimes. My copy of dragon age was nabbed by my two year old. Now I had bought the game of the year edition during a playstation store sale for $24 as it was cheaper than buying all the DLC individually. My physical copy no longer works (lesson learned) but trust me, that's one time my digital copy of Dragon age beat out my physical.
Of course, 9 times out of ten I'm on the physical band wagon, just saying they're exceptions.
Nice list. I fell like they left out a pretty big series though: Onimusha
regular, but jet black sounds uber kewl. as the kids say.
Kids still talk like that right?
Well at least it's a physical copy and a 1TB. but that's about all this bundle has going for it unless if the price is super sweet.
You win again proper spelling.
Dang. that sucks.
This game is just now getting it's last episode? I remember it being promoted way back when Colin and Gregg were still at IGN.
Sunset overdrive for my money was their last great exclusive.
@ pope, whether fixed or not, perception matters more. There're still tons of misinformed consumers out there who think the X1 can't play used games. The ball that was dropped (X1's launch) still has ramifications.
And since we're listings items we own, I have a PS4, X1, Wii U and I just bought a gaming PC. I had the X1 just for exclusives but now with the PC, I'm not really sure I need it. Still keeping it as I like the console, just not a must have f...
If I remember correctly, witcher 2 was on 2 discs. That means they figured out the multiple disc issue they were having problems with in regard to backward compatibility.
Now we will probably see games like mass effect 2 and such.
Awesome news.
I was in the camp of "they're just doing it to learn the new systems" but more and more it's become obvious it's just a cash grab.
@ flip, Sorry didn't realize you were out of bubbles. Now my reply looks like a cheap shot. didn't mean for it to come off like that.
Couldn't disagree more. Paying money to keep fans of an established franchise from playing it? that's pretty crappy. Tomb raider pulling a street fighter would be worse in my opinion.
A better solution would be using that money they paid for exclusivity and marketing and investing in a new IP.
Imagine if we had gotten another exclusive like quantum break or recore and tomb raider stayed entirely multiplat.
At the end of the day though, I don't bla...
@ flipswitch: yeah but see by simply putting in "potentially" you're being a little disingenuous with your point. You and I both know the true number they had to work with is no where near that, doubtful even half. You're using the highest possible number you could and acting as if it's completely reasonable that they could hit it.
Bloodborne is a different story as that was 22 million consoles sold in less than 2 years. So the likely hood of the majority of t...
Huh, to each their own I guess. I always found story to be the soul series' weakest point.
I've always felt a remake is different from a remaster. a remaster I always saw as upping the pixle count and frame rate (think uncharted). while a remake would be more a "from the ground up" approach (think resident evil).
