And I still won't be able to tell the difference no matter which of my consoles I grab it for. Stuff like this, I'm more concerned about which controller feels better with the game, and which version is less buggy.
Yes yes, but how many zombies have Xbox 1 players killed?
So there's nothing wrong with the game? No short comings? Any legit complaint is our own fault for believing "hype"?
Imma just close this door so you and that copy of Halo can have the room to yourselves.
they're probably waiting on a milestone year (20th anniversary or something similar)
Yeah, I would agree if not for them going the mass effect 3 route with a one choice for the ending. Basically negating all your choices. But I guess it's more about the journey here. That and I'm a jaded SOB sometimes.
Eh, was the weakest entry to me. I loved the rest of the game so much it was nipping on witcher 3's heels to be my game of the year, but the episode just wasn't my cup of tea.
Well you can just buy them off amazon. they email the code to you right away, so you don't have to go anywhere.
I haven't run into this particular issue BUT, I have noticed a significant increase in PS store crashes on both the PS3 and the PS app on iOS. The app is my primary method of making purchases on PSN, so it's a little annoying.
I didn't even know there was such a thing on PS4. But then again, I just use mien to play games and watch Netflix and youtube. And being more a single player gamer, I rarely if ever talk to others.
I think it depends on how big the name is. a Battlefront or COD can release whenever they want and be huge. They'll go for the holiday season to maximize that. Now a new IP, or a lesser known title will get buried in the fall. Makes more sense to release when there's more oxygen in the room. (like dying light or Until dawn)
I don't agree with the "games should be released when they're ready" approach as that can kill a good games' sales based on the e...

So I'm getting a gaming PC and I've played this before on console and it was... lacking. I heard there were some modders working on fixing it. Did they ever finish it? I'd buy this again if they did.
Yeah, surprised they announced so early. Only thing I can think of is that they really want to win November. Seems odd as it's still the same quarter.
Oh well, doesn't matter, still an insane deal. If didn't already own one, this would be the first thing on my shopping list.
I'm with angry Joe on this one.
My advice, snag a Wii U instead. It works far better as a compliment, and the games line up isn't 90% the same.
I already own them all, but if I didn't:
for Wii U, xenoblade chronicles x
for X1: Jade empire 2 or KOTOR 3
for PS4: well that one would be automatic as I've always been primarily a playstation gamer.
PC: i'm actually getting one for a few titles. xcom 2, witcher 1, the old republic, pillars of eternity among others.
Crap, I hope that doesn't happen to me. I heard about the exploit, but never truly took advantage. I did dismantle all my seashells (and I had a bunch because I'm a hoarder in games like this) and made quite a bit of coin. I'm hoping he doesn't come after me.
Actually, I kinda do hope he does. this is hilarious.
I appreciate the honesty Phil, but really the majority of us don't care who "beats" the other. We just want awesome gaming experiences. And you guys are selling well enough to do that and are delivering on it.
I'm primarily a Playstation gamer, but Spencer is the main reason I also own an Xbox 1.

replace "definitive" with "game of the year" and a lot of complaints go away. But to the issue, It's really very subjective. If I don't care for the game, then no. If I need that $60 to pay the phone bill, then no. But if I like the game, have the extra cash, enjoy replaying games, no longer have the original, am a graphics or trophy wore, or some combination that I deem enough to buy it again, then sure.
