They are a parasite to the video game industry. All those disgusting policies were completely ridiculous. They caused tons of PS3 games to miss out on lots of extra content that could have been fit onto the blu-ray disc. They also were part of the reason some multiplatform games were more glitchy and less smooth on PS3, other than the fact that PS3 was harder to work with.
They definitely know they have to change up their policies, the PS4 has way more pre-orders and is much ...
Yup, just looking at all the credible review sites near perfect scores for this game, it just makes Edge less credible as a reviewer.
I've discussed the exaggerated boobs issue with a friend of mine, and it is kinda corny, but shouldn't be anything that adds to such a drop in score to such a quality game.
This just makes Edge look like a bunch of idiots.
Yeah, people don't like hearing the truth nowadays I guess.
I'll never forgive him for what he said Fable would be, and what it actually ended up being.
LoL, holy crap, that's nearly a 50% reduction. Doesn't effect me whatsoever, I'd never buy another Xbox anyways. Microsoft is the opposite of trustworthy and everything they've done so far with promoting the Xbone has been shady as hell. They just play follow the leader with Sony now to try and attempt to not look bad, and escape the negativity of all their early anti-consumer announcements of how things would work with their next gen console. How anyone could hand over money ...
Only thing that scares me is that Capcom, in recent years atleast, hasn't been known to be one of the most decent and goodhearted publishers around. So, this game being f2p definitely has me suspicious of how they'll go about monetization, and I hope they don't try to hook us in with giving us the open beta from early on, with tons of free content, then as we get addicted start charging for outrageous stuff that should be free.
I really hope they can turn over a n...
Maybe Valve should have teamed up with AMD, with this new AMD GCN tailored Mantle API coming out, it's gonna get even more funky for Nvidia soon. I like how they say Nvidia is all about open platform innovation, yet on the graphics features side they've been holding onto tons of tech greedily that's been holding back the gaming industry from using alot of it more widely because it can only be used or fully implemented on Nvidia cards.
I believe Physx, though being...
Very nice.
nice.
Awesome news! I guess I won't be rushing to get a PS4 just yet, I'll have to wait and watch how this all unfolds over the next few months first.
This is old news, they already mentioned that Co-Op campaign DLC content & maps would not be free. As long as the other DLC that is currently under wraps doesn't contain $$$ MP maps, then all is well.
@jhoward585,
That's what I said the first time I saw it. It doesn't have the KI feel to it.
Plus, I still can't get over the fact that they handed such a precious IP over to Double Helix to develop it.
LOL @ her looking at the PS4 through the glass display.
The main difference here is that on PS4 it's the indie devs themselves saying they love the SDK and environment, here it's Major Nelson saying that devs love the Xbone SDK. All credibility goes out the window right away.
"Someone failed their its only 20% bigger than Skyrim, they must of meant 35x larger than the witcher 2."
I was about to say the same thing.
Yeah, that popped in my head immediately. I was wondering why they were talking about getting the beta into everyone's hands immediately. Very good news, now I have no choice but to give the game a shot, even though it has some hurdles to get past still to really be great.
This touches on some of the issues I've mentioned having with this game already from looking at other previews.
The Man - The Myth - The Legend
Too bad I have zero faith in Namco's ability to create fighting games anymore.
Because, to avoid any interference with any of the insane Xbox rules, they made sure to make 360 the lead platform, ahead of PC and PS3, so that way it was optimized best for 360 to begin with. All those multiplats that had 360 as the lead platform weren't because it was easier to develop on 360, because if that was the case, then PC would have been the lead platform.
