So the sales are so great, they're offering free copies of ME2 if you buy DA2? Sounds kind of fishy, to me. Like, maybe all of that bad-press had an impact? Or the whole, you know, lack of quality overall.
And, naturally, it's a code for the PC version of ME2. The one that's already "as good as free" to begin with.
I can vaguely see Basch and Balthier, but Fran? She had nearly so little presence as Vaan.
Not liking a story doesn't make it a bad story. It was pretty good for a game, if anything didn't make you care about the story, it was the awful gameplay that accompanied it.
I don't think I've ever seen a game that's been so fantastic in some aspects, and so awful in other aspects, in a very long time. Not since FFXII, at least--which, ironically, had the opposite problem.
Well, here's hoping XIII-2 or XIII Versus will actually be go...
Ooh! Ooh! I know this one! It's, "worse," right?
People thing gaming is harmful because it is. Look, guys, I know gaming gets a lot of bad press. I get that most of the crap levied against us is unwarranted and unjustified. But this? This is not.
1. Gaming is a sedentary activity. Gaming is also addictive. This means we tend to play games for long periods of time, which is detrimental to our physical health. Best case, we end up in a little worse shape after a year or so than we would be otherwise--worst case, muscles start...
"anonymous" is not a group, or an organization, or a collective, or anything like that.
"anonymous" is simply the word "anonymous."
If you don't realize that, please, just go die: you're clearly too stupid to live.
I get the feeling that no one here knows what "Anonymous" is.
Here's a hint: it's not really Anonymous--it's anonymous.
BloodRayne Betrayal
Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath
Are these PSN games?
I have been distinctly unimpressed by all of SE's games.
Yes, even TWEWY.
A better reason to own a move?
Hm....
I own a move, for as as far as I can tell, no good reason at all.
I agree.
Overall, though, I have to say I liked the story better than DAO, even if the romances were among the worst I've ever seen.
"Though some of the game’s individual moments stand out, the experience feels like one big melodramatic to-do list, a disjointed hodgepodge of side quests and menial tasks culminating in a few irrelevant decisions and an underwhelming ending."
That sounds more like Origins to me.
7 looks pretty good to me. Conquest mode seems really fun.
I am a bit sad there's no CAW, though.
And I'm also sad there's no Samurai Warriors for my PS3/60, either. I need some Nobunaga.
Bioware produces content of a consistent quality. Bioware does not consistently produce quality conetnt. There's a difference.
The biggest thing Bioware has going for them is lack of competition. Honestly, the only developers left who are also developing top-tier WRPGs is CD Projekt Red, and they're relatively new.
I'm not entirely thrilled with my PS3 yet, no way in hell will I buy a PS4. It's too early to talk about new consoles when existing consoles have so few good games.
I'd love a FFVII remake, if only to see an "modern" JRPG that's really good on every level. But I suppose I should just shut up and keep waiting for the next Persona.
And, of course, it needs to be said: nothing, nothing on this earth or in heaven will ever--ever--entice me to purchase a NGP.
I love my PS3 and all, but when it comes to gaming, Sony just seems to keep making profoundly stupid decisions.
People who think Musou games haven't changed, either haven't played Musou games, or don't care to remember Musou games. Each new game is fairly different. Obviously, the core gameplay mechanics won't change, so it's moronic for gamers to (constantly) complain about them not changing.
No one moans about Halo 3 for having the exact same point-and-shoot gameplay of Halo 2 and Halo.
That was... not very funny. At all.
Ya' think? I'm glad less was cut, but the story doesn't seem that interesting. Then again, I was a big fan of the orphanage aspect of Yakuza 3, and a lot of people hated that.
It wasn't all that great to begin with.
Funny how all of those games have major flaws that no one can ignore.
It seems there's a bit of a "sweet spot" for top-tier game development. Take too little time to develop a game--or too much time--and you'll end up with a dud. Spend too much money, or too little, and you'll get the same effect.
