A very enjoyable review as always, Daniel. I've been meaning to try the game out and with it getting a UK release I shall get the chance!
I'm currently wrestling with the idea of whether I should get the Skyrim CE. Yes, it's a huge price, and yes, the UK is getting ripped off on its price, but its Skyrim!
Plus, I'm a sucker for a good art-book :D
Not long now until I lost my entire life to Skyrim. Worth it.
Quite a few reviews for the game turning up the in the past few days :)
But it's good to see the scores; Bastion was a very enjoyable game.
This, ladies and gentlemen, will be the beginning of Skynet. The crafting of a digital human that is a perfect imitation of a real human will lead to our utter destruction! :D
But at least we'll have a good excuse for it kicking our butts on games.
I haven't played Shattered Dimensions, but I'm a big Spidey fan. You mean Mysterio, mate. :D
Yeah, he does a bit, doesn't he? lol
After playing Bastion I decided my life needed a narrator. After another five minutes had past I had commited murder. Damn narrator wouldn't shut up :/
Well, I can't relate to Master Chief being my God or Messiah or anything, but I have enjoyed the Halo series over the years. Though I still hold Halo 3 was overhyped and the critics heaped a bit too much praise on it, but that's just my personal opinion. I still enjoyed Halo 3, though.
I can haz Borderlands 2 demo, pwease?
No words can truly desrcibe how much I'm looking forward to the release of BL2. If Gearbox manage to jam in all the improvements they're promising, I may very well never play another game again lol
I don't need to slow motion dissect the trailer; I saw explosions, therefore I'm in!
Anyway, a very enjoyable little video. I picked up on a few things I hadn't noticed beforehand.
My big hope now is that they can also deliver a good single player campaign to make it a stunning all-round package.
Downloaded this on the first day it came out and still haven't gotten around to playing it. I've really got to as I quite enjoyed Brink.
Agreed. I love having to carefully aim my shots to help conserve ammo, and those moments of sheer desperation when you run out often lead to some pretty epic moments :D
I might just pick this up. I'm not a huge Halo fan, but I love the universe that Bungie and the others crafted.
Encyclopaedia is an alternate spelling on encyclopedia, mate. Generally speaking, it is more usually spelt encyclopedia, but encylopaedia is also perfectly acceptable.
Anyway, I'm going to stop now. This education garbage is giving me a headache.
The game, in my view, certainly deserves the scores. I'm having some damn good fun mowing down waves of infantry with a fully upgraded minigun. DIE TOYS! DIE!
Rocksteady's take on Freeze is certainly interesting. Though I'm not sure if I like the bulky head piece.
Really? I mean, really? :D
Enough to increase the gravitational mass of the earth, thus drawing us closer to the sun until we balance precariously on the edge of our doom. At which point some jackass will right one more PSN vs XBL article and tips off over the edge.
The only consolation is that we can find said jackass and force him to ear his keyboard as we plummet into the said.
I hope you enjoyed this little rant,
Yours sincerly,
Wolf :D
Absolutely. I prefer the XBL service over PSN, personally.
Well, I've played and loved all the DMC games (ok, so maybe not "loved" DMC2) but I'm still looking forward to this reboot. Yeah, it's different, but that's why its a reboot. I'm interested to see how this odd looking Dante ends up looking like the badass we all know and love.
