360 is the lead platform, so I won't be surprised if PS3 version is released much later.

Selective reading as usual. Reading the whole article would have given non-fanboys the conclusion that he was far and away more impressed with GTA. His impressions of MGS4 weren't very substantive. Sneak game with some incredible firefights, story driven and great graphics were about all I gathered from him. Disappointing feedback. I was hoping the game had a greater impact that he would elaborate on.

I tend to agree the graphics could be much better than what has been shown on the scans since we're talking about the superior 360 here, but you only have the graphics of PS3 games to blame for not being competitive enough to spur Epic to really push the bar further for Gears 2. No competition = complacency, that's how it is.
I really cannot understand why the graphics as shown in most screenshots must be marred by the green hue. Green hue is not attractive and does not add character or culture to the look of the game at all.
Snake isn't here yet, that's the point I'm making that you're missing. As for sales of a demo (your description, not mine), isn't that an indication of how starved PS3 gamers are? I bought Lair 2nd hand knowing it was crap because I couldn't stand not playing anything on my PS3, that is how bad it was.
Yes I think there is still a severe lack of games for PS3 because I haven't played anything on mine for a long time now. And yes, that is a real problem unless you are a fanboy who doesn't care about actually playing games rather than dreaming about a few promised games in the future. I've had my PS3 for half a year now and I'm frustrated. Thank God for 360 and Wii where gaming is now. Who cares if the complaint about lack of games is old if it is still valid?

Let's talk about tables turning ONLY when PS3's games start releasing eh? Till then, PS3's achievement as a gaming console is all speculative, and the only reason for the increase in sales thus far is because of Blu-ray.
Which is worse? A console with reliability issues that has many games worth playing on or a console with less reliability issues that does not have many games to play on? You're obviously not a gamer if you prefer the latter.

A constructive, well thought out, unbiased and objective review. If you bothered to read it, there's hardly anything in the review to be criticized. Great car models + great replay presentation is what GT5p is about, and likely what GT5 will be about.
Game today, not tomorrow, or the day after, or the week after...
DJ and co. have always felt threatened hence their need to magnify every little speculative achievement for their obviously inferior gaming console.
