It is really sad being only a PS3 owner. You keep on waiting. Funny thing is, people console themselves by saying they're waiting for perfection.

A very nice casual cutesy game. I wouldn't give it a 9.7 or even a 9.0, but it is defintely one of the more worthwhile games on the PS3.
It seems that a new contender has come into the picture to take the crown from Forza2. GT5's bubble may well be burst if Race Driver is able to set a new standard or bring out a new dimension to racers.

Like you, I went Wii60 first. I bought PS3 only after the price drop. By that time, there was already a year+ worth of PS3 games for me to buy and I picked up all those highly touted exclusives. Uncharted was the only game that really impressed, and I have been waiting for the next exclusive since. In the meantime, I have done the inevitable. I shopped for Blu-ray movies even though I'm not big on movies.

I agree there's so much borderline psychotic phobia in ps fans that they constantly resort to the most ridiculous fud to assuage their deep set fears. When you read about the premise of this all-enlightening thesis being what one random or imaginary electrician was supposedly overheard to have said, you know it is Sony sycophancy of the first order at work.
I look forward to that, but I'm guessing it won't come earlier than 3 months from now.
But the point is that multiplatforms still being in favor of 360 will be a big problem for Sony because multiplatforms make up the bulk of games.

This is one of the reasons why, when it comes to multiplatform games, I will naturally prefer to get them on 360. What this means is that my PS3 is only good for exclusives, and unfortunately, there just aren't that many good ones out there right now.
What's there to report about Mr. Marbles? You're absolutely wrong. 360 isn't trying to charm the casual gamers. 360 is stealing a large chunk of the population of PS2 Nation.
To all the ignorant kids, price is a major contributing factor in sales. That explains the sales spike in PS3, and will also account to some extent for the dominance of 360 in the coming months.

Looking at the sales figures, Gears owns every PS3 game thus far and that's a fact that I understand is hard to swallow. And if you've really played Gears, you'd also know it flat-out owns just about everything so far.
