He seems to be highlighting the fact that Bluray players were expensive to make so therefore expensive for the consumer to buy.
He is also pointing out that the PS3 was the cheapest Bluray player on the market for a good while but only because Sony were prepared to sell it at a loss, this is countering your claim that Bluray players were at most $300 when first released.
Apocalypse Shadow makes a valid point.

"for xbox you need - 1 CONSOLE and kinect

for the ps3 you need - 1 console,a camera,a move controller and a probably a nunchuck navigator x number of people playing."

Future bundles for both consoles will include these, so what's your point?

The set up for the PS Move is very similar to the set up for the Wii and consumers have had no problems becoming familiar with the Wii, so where's the confusion?

"for the nintendo you need - a wii"

"for the ps3 you need - 1 console,a camera,a move controller and a probably a nunchuck navigator x number of people playing."

Not a very accurate comparison there wrathman. You can't do much with just a Wii. You may find that to actually play games you also need a Wiimote and a nunchuck x number of people playing, you also need to position the sensor bar above or below your TV, then there's wii m...

"We have to admit we are still coming to grips with all the different gadgets available for the PlayStation 3 and what games require what devices."

What???

The official Sony peripherals I own are:
Two DS3 controllers (compatible with every game I own)
A remote control for watching DVDs and Blurays
and a PSeye (that I will finally get some use out of when Move releases).
I also own a 3rd party headset for communicating...

I'd say a hardcore game is one that relys heavily on precise and accurate controls in order to become competitive at it.
I'd consider the Fight Night series to be hardcore, but I doubt vey much that a Kinect version of Fight Night would be the best. I would imagine that Kinect can also be used for racing games, RPGs and RTSs, I just don't see how it can be precise and accurate enough to give us the defining versions of those types of games.

Sorry dude, I have no interest in visiting your site that you are so unashamedly plugging. I have read enough articles on 3D gaming and now I feel I should wait to experience it for myself before making my mind up.
Nobody takes a comment seriously that starts with something along the lines of "this guy I know said".
I suggest you wait to experience 3D gaming for yourself. If you feel you have good reason to dislike it after giving it a fair shot, then come on here an...

So your opinion is based on someone elses opinion and by the sounds of it you have never met this someone else.
Shouldn't you wait until you have experienced it for yourself before passing judgement?

"repetitive strain injury, sore thumbs and dependence on amazing reflexes"

That can be said about most types of controller based gameplay, not just QTEs.
I get sore thumbs and repetitive strain injury from playing all types of games like FIFA, Fight Night, God of War 3, Killzone 2, Wipeout HD etc and all those games are also dependent on amazing reflexes.

I love playing BFBC2 online but there is a lack of online modes, I was always under the impression that future additional modes would be available as free DLC.
Onslaught mode costs something like £7.71 on the UK store, that's almost 20% of the price for the whole game for just one additional online mode, it's taking the piss.

A few games have caused me to have mild motion sickness symptoms. The worst that I can remember was the first mission in Resistance 2 when the explosions are going off and the whole screen is shaking.

"it's not that significant of a drop".
12.5% IS a significant drop. Deathracer doesn't have a point at all. Game do this with almost everything they sell, they are just competing with other outlets.
Go to their website and you will find that almost every game and every peripheral they sell has an RRP of about £5-£10 more than they sell it for. The people here saying that his is not news worthy are the ones that have a point.

They have also reduced the price of the sub controller by £5 aswell, so that's a 12.5% saving on the Move and a 16.6% saving on the Sub.

Two Moves plus two Sub-controllers now costs a total of £20 less than before or $24.56 less according to your exchange rate or $29.91 less according to the current exchange rate. Not a bad saving if you ask me, certainly nothing to urinate yourself over, doesn't mummy have enough washing to do?

"Microsoft won because Kinect is hot right now"

Surely nobody is or was saying that Kinect was not going to have a strong E3 performance. After the buzz it created last year it was very easy to predict that it would carry on that momentum.

"even after all the PS3 fanboys said it would flop."
Seriously! How old are you? From your profile pic you look about 40, yet your comments make you sound about 4.

My list is chronological so Kick Off 2 was the first great football game I owned. I don't think I'd be able to put them in a list of 10 to 1 considering I haven't played the likes of Kick Off 2 or Sensible Soccer for more than 20 years.
