I'd agree actually. This patch and level editor is too little too late. I finished Rage in four hours, it had no graphical options, the textures looked horrible up close, the story was abysmal and it was a weridly linear affair. The art direction was astounding and the environments were very interesting but ID were just too damn narrowly focussed on 60fps. Don't get me wrong Epic has REALLY pissed me off the last few years but if more and more AAA developers come to PC and show what it can do as a platform it'll attract others to do the same. So buying this (reasonably cool looking) game and feeding Cliffy B's already gargantuan ego is a good price to pay if it gets this ridiculous notion that PC gaming isn't worth bothering with out of other developers' heads.

Am I the only one who saw master chief!? Because that kinda put a bit of a cramp on the whole movie for me. It went from something I could imagine as being the actual licensed movie to exactly what it is, something made on an amateur scale. They did so much right but it's just hard to take that effort seriously when master chief turned up.
