I think i am with Deviant on this one, being able to kill kids wouldn't add anything to the game. Unless you are a very strange individual that would enjoy that.

I think the biggest thing keeping the PS3 price point above everything else is the blu-ray drive. They chose to go with a higher priced medium and therefore the final product will cost more.
The middle to high end sony and samsung tvs are well worth the price but lots of people don't buy them and go for something cheaper. The problem with the current economy is that lots of people still aren't looking for a blu-ray player and if they are looking purely for a games console then the Wii or xbox at a significantly cheaper price will be appealing. Then again a consumer who wants a console and blu-ray and like the PS3 games line-up would, in my opinion, spend the extra money on a PS...

Totally agree! Oblivion was awesome, i just wish they had kept the combat system turn based like Fallout 2. Although i have seen VATS in action and it has promise, i will just have to buy the game and try it out :-)
Very true dude, they should just look at the users that frequent the open zone and ban their accounts. It would make this site much better. The open zone does nothing for this site except, it is just a place for the trash to go.

Ah good call, i didn't even think about the service menu. I guess i also have different calibrations because i like a different look for my movies compared to my games. I have 'realistic' color for my movies but not for my games. I like a more garish look for games. As someone else above said it is all personal preference though.

Thats interesting, you have found that the 360 and PS3 work with the same calibration on your tv? I don't have both a 360 and a PS3 but i have different calibrations for my different devices.
