Are you guys really arguing over "true exclusives", really? Are you really that sad that you want to argue that your console has more exclusives than someone elses console? I remember when people posted on this site about games they enjoyed playing and actually had constructive comments. Now any form of good gaming news for one console gets swamped by idiotic fanboys supporting another console. If you really do enjoy gaming then remove your head from your rear and go play some g...

This does look sweet. The first Bad Company was good and this looks to be superior.

Guys, stop worrying about reviews and just get the game if you like the look of it. So far it is looking pretty sweet, so does it matter what one reviewer posts on their site? If you like the look of it, get it and enjoy!

ODST is a great game, i had lots of fun playing it yesterday and plan on playing it again today. You guys need to stop focusing on which game is selling more and which console has more games because the only person it should matter too is you. Buy the console and games that you want to play. Don't join the childish comment hurling that has infested this once great website.

Not just the general poor quality of news these days but the invasion of moronic fanboys is running this site into the ground. We need to reverse this site to the condition it was in a few years ago.

Why wouldn't they just go with blu-ray? You do know that blu-ray was in fact founded by nine different companies and that Matsushita Electric (Panasonic) own the largest number of intellectual rights, right? Blu-ray isn't just sony, so don't be an idiot and think that big business care about what idiot fanboys think.

They seem to be and they almost always seem to produce wrong results. They do however get the fangirls all fired up.

I thought people had given up with these crap "Year of the X" article. I hate to break it to people but there is never going to be a year of the PS3 or 360 while commander Wii is on the scene. Just love your console and don't waste your time reading "Year of the X" articles.

Doesn't really matter to me how many studios a company has. Right now i am playing Halo 3 again and i can't get enough Wii sports, so you can guess which two consoles are taking up all my time.

You do know that if you selected a system with a hard drive included then you shave about $50 off your list.
You can produce price breakdowns but it doesn't really matter because people are going to buy what they want to buy. If i didn't have an xbox then i wouldn't have been able to play halo 3 so if the xbox ends up costing more then i am going to pay it. Plus i am not a fan of everything in one box, that is why i have a standalone blu-ray player so the blu-ray capability of the PS3...

For the same reason the ipod touch doesn't have bluetooth capability. Companies like apple and microsoft make money off of accessories.

In a nut shell analog takes up a lot more space than digital and space is actually running out. Going all digital frees up space and will allow for the delivery of more services. Also, analog is taking up so much space that in some areas there isn't space for addition digital content because analog is clogging up the spectrum.

If you appreciate improved picture and video quality then get a blu-ray player and start buying movies on blu-ray if you have the money and the equipment to take advantage of blu-ray. I would only replace movies on DVD that have both stunning audio and visuals.

Heck yes Canada my friends, you will probably get better deals in the states though. You normally have lower pricing.

I don't understand the spite thing either because blu-ray is actually MEI (Panasonic), they own the largest share of blu-ray IP rights. If you buy blu-ray then Panasonic are most likely getting the majority of the money, followed by sony and pillips.
Spiting blu-ray because you don't like sony is like refusing to read CNET because you think it is owned by micrsoft. Just not very bright. If you like to be spiteful then don't buy a sony blu-ray player, it is that simple. Blu-ray looks...

Bad economic times are actually providing great deals on blu-ray players. I helped my friends by a new TV the other week and since they already have a PS3 they let me use their purchase to score a sweet deal on a Samsung 2550. I like saving $300 :-)

They would to some extent, Panasonic would profit the most. It is the same as DVD, Toshiba made money off of everyone that used DVD.
