Motorstorm is great, resistance is great, bioshock is great, halo 3 is great, metroid prime 3 is great, twilight princess is great.

It's actually quite simple.
With the ridiculous number of Wii's that are sold, there are so very few great games on it. You have mario, zelda, resident evil and now metroid. People have had the other 3 for a long time now so of course they are going to get metroid. The selection on the wii is pretty small, and the install base is freakin huge. Whereas on the 360, the selection is huge, and the install base is just slightly less than the wii. Average owner for the 360 can't...
I always wondered if the halo fanboys ever played half-life 2. Put aside multiplayer (which is riddled with 12 year old trashtalking idiots that sit there and play the game for 15 hours a day while some of us actually have to work) and there isn't ANYTHING in Halo 1 or 2 that comes close to the experience of Half-Life 2.
Is it completely out of the realm of possibilities that Bioshock could be a better single player game than Halo 3? It is entirely possible.

EA's goal is to make money. They release the same game EVERY YEAR (imagine how crappy halo would be if you had Halo 98, Halo 99, Halo 2000, etc) with modifications and additions.

keep in mind this game was moved from one developer to another. And they've pretty much rewritten a LOT of stuff in a very short period of time.

Graphic capabilities on a system don't change, so if the 360 has been out for 5 years and you just get one and pick up GoW...it's the same excellent experience that it was when it first came out.

Port = Use existing assests and existing code base and rewrite what is necessary to run on different system. Add system specific enhancements if time permits.
This is a port. But thats not a bad thing. It's a very well done and enhanced port.
PS3 owners are in for a treat. It is definately worth getting.
