Just because you played it that way doesn't mean thats the ONLY way to play it.
I beat it twice (for both endings) just so I could try playing it different ways. And ya know, it CAN be a different game depending on how you play it.
And ultimately you DO have to stick with a level to level structure. otherwise there would be absolutely no goal. But HOW you can go through each level can vary.
How you play it determines the experience you have with ...
So why would a PS3 fanboy like yourself EVEN CARE?
Why do you even bother reading anything that is EXCLUSIVE 360 news?
WHY? What the hell is wrong with you?
so far it kinda looks like the EE-less PS3s don't do FMV as well as the original PS3s.
And yes , before you even say it, I realize quite a few of those are NOW coming out for the PS3. But I bought a 360 based on their availability for the 360 AND NOT the PS3 at the time.
Pointless argument really. It's more of the same "My system is better than your system" bullcrap.
Just play the freaking games. Does it REALLY matter which system you have?
some would argue that Rainbow six vegas, Graw 1 and 2, Splinter cell, Crackdown, Condemned, Command and Conquer 3, PGR3, Viva Pinata, Prey, Quake 4, Oblivion (HOW THE HELL could you forget Oblivion?! That alone was worth the price of admission for a 360), were all great games.
woops...too many fanboys showed up already. No point in trying to post anything constructive now....
anyone actually try that madcatz arcade joystick with fighters?
you ARE kidding right?
It's universally accepted EVEN AMONGST the most hardcore 360 fanboys that the D-Pad on the xbox controllers is the worst in the industry.
There is just no arguing this one.

you forget that backwards compatibility with the PS3 is changing. The 60GB model was the last to actually include the emotion chip. They removed it and are going to a software compatibility like the 360. And we all know how wonderful that has been on the 360 (but it is a different situation with the Xbox because of the nvidia vs ati hardware differences).
all you need to do is delete them and redownload them. XBL keeps track of everything you've purchased. No recrediting needed.
I did this when I switched from a 360 premium to a 360 elite. So I can play without being logged on.
Like I've said many times, I prefer my 360 AT THE MOMENT. But I'll even bite...which is worse, A few lies about PROPOSED features on the PS3, or the one MS made with the RROD. I was one of the biggest naysayers when it came to the extent of the RROD problem. "NAH it's not THAT big. You are full of it if you think 30% of 10 million people had their 360's fail" but ... Turns out that I was more than likely wrong. Problem really WAS that big. It was unprecedented in video gaming ...
I'd be pissed as all hell if I found out that it was possible but you could only get your brain connected to Matrix 2 or 3. God those sucked.
:)
(They weren't THAT bad I guess, it was just funny to say).
hell while I still have a few bubbles left and I'm already on a soapbox...
If you have any real news like a developer discussing why he prefers developing games for one system or the other, then fine. I like reading techy things like this. If a reputable reviewer has some thoughts about why he prefers A game on one system and not the other, then thats ok, as long as he has some valid points to share. Like what if Sixxaxis really adds a a whole new level of playability to CO4...
concerning procedural textures, the SPEs apparently allow you to utilize this in a way not possible on the 360. this coming from the company that writes the middleware.
So it's KINDA doable on the 360 but not nearly to the extent and possiblity of the PS3 and a high end PC.
Anyhoo, agreed on all other points listed. :)
Out of bubbles. Anyhoo..
Changing textures is NOT what I'm talking about. I'm talking about procedurally CREATED...
and btw. So do your posts.
Seriously, who's mind are you trying to change? PS3 fans aren't going to change their minds based on this kind of news any more than 360 fans.
You can go on and on and on about some of the features promised before the ps3 launch and it won't matter. People will still buy and enjoy their PS3s. You can go on and on and on about the 360 failures, but in the end you still get people going through 10 of them because they love the games. ...
I have absolutely no brand loyalty to either sony or MS or nintendo. I just happen to like my 360 more at the moment.
With that anti-fanboy disclaimer out of the way...
Of your 4 examples posted, the first one (Sony’s Piss Poor TGS 2007) was just lame and really had no point to it. Explain how that is NEWS and not just flame bait?
(Sony's plea) WAS posted a long time ago already. Not news.
(More PS3 hype to enrage gamers) This jus...
well, the 4D graphics actually does seem like a reality with the PS3.

Whether or not it will be used is the real question. Sounds promising, but I can't imagine what kind of impact that would have on development time for artwork.
No kidding. How freakin stupid do you have to be to be posting info about the plot like that?
And the timeframe between games shouldn't matter with consoles. Someone who just bought a 360 yesterday doesn't care if GOW has been out longer than Bioshock.
That said, I don't know if I can directly compare bioshock with anything else. It is a toss up between GOW, Bioshock and Oblivion to me.
All three seem like 10 of 10 games, And they are all so different that they are deserving of that 10 of 10. Bioshock does what it does perfectly. GoW does it's own th...
