Good deal for Tank Battles – Sale (PS3) (now $0.99, original price $4.99)
Until EA proves such FPS exist and really better than COD in the market, it's just a hype to get gamers excited. Showing fancy trailers don't count because it's easy to make a fake trailer that looks incredible as many games have done.
Personally, I'm play COD but not a fan and don't think it's the best FPS.
Just look at amount of complains at this thread:

My theory is Microsoft probably found there were too many Live subscribers canceling Gold Live because it was easy to do it on the web site. MajorNelson even made a Xbox101 video on how to do it on the web site.
So, Microsoft probably thought if they remove the ability to do it on the w...
Unless Bioware either locks up the extra DLCs with a voucher or still requires to physically download the DLCs.
Does that mean max limit of MS Points someone can load is $53 million bucks?
For those that already played ME2 on X360 but haven't bought any DLC, is the PS3 version that includes the DLC worth $60?
For others that own both consoles but haven't played ME2, X360 version was selling for $10 during the Black Friday and regularly for $20. Are the DLCs worth $40-50? Before anyone says PS3 version of the DLCs will be on the disc, even the DLCs are on the disc, Bioware is using Cerberus network to control how the DLCs can be accessed. So, having the ...
More likely upscaled 720p to 1080p as most "1080p" PS3 are.
As long Bioware uses a good upscaler, that's okay because I rather have smooth framerates with high detail texture than high resolution that causes random drop in framerates and a lot of screen tearing.
EA should have named it NFS Burnout or Burnout Hot Pursuit.
The reason why single player games have short hours of gameplay is lack of contents. To make a game with good story and long contents, not just a lot of road blocks to slow down the gamers from progressing quickly take a lot of work. Look at at the golden adventure games that didn't have much action. Because graphics weren't as complex those days, the meat of those adventure games was story contents.
Today, too much development time is spent on making very pretty grap...
I have to say, it's more towards gamers now. The more gamers insist to buy broken and buggy games on day 1, the game publishers see that as acceptable business practice. If most gamers stop buying buggy games, then the game publishers would have no choice but ensure the games are properly polished before shipping or the game doesn't sell.
It's just business. Supply (publishers) and demand (gamers).
I don't know how many times I read and heard ...
The only reason someone would pre-order the DLC is buying the DLC redeem card in the store assuming it's even possible to sell out the DLCs.
The real reason why pre-order has become so popular for the stores to advertise it is once the gamer has pre-ordered the game or DLC, it's more likely many of the gamers will either pickup the order or not buy it from another store. To some gamers who like to pre-order, it's the mindset to tell themselves that the money is al...
Many say PS+ "free" games/contents and discounted games are worth more than $50. But it does not mean all stuff offered by PS+ have any interest to everyone.
For myself, I have been watching PS+ contents and very few of them have any interest to me. So, PS+ it not worth $50/year to me. It's like given a free game that you are not interested to play. So, free or not, it has no value.
My opinion is unless you are interested in the "free"...
That is the reason game movies have never been properly made because Hollywood directors continue to believe they have to cast unsuitable actors and worse, change the origins of the characters. It's the issue of the need to change the game movie into their own vision which has never worked.
All we can only hope for is a watchable game movie. Anything more is a disappointment.
Most of the God of War 3 40GB files are making of the game videos. GT5 probably have very few or none of the making of the game video. I don't count making of the game video as game data because the videos are not part of the gameplay. So, if GT5 contains a lot of video files and fills up all 50GB on Blu-ray disc, does it make the game better because the total files are larger?
For an India address, google some hotel in India. Use any of the hotel address in India.
Killzone beta is 1360MB.
Why aren't the bonus DLC contents stored on PS3 Blu-ray disc? Blu-ray disc capacity has been bragged as a big advantage over DVD but only a few games take advantage of the disc capacity. Having to download is still a preferred choice for most games including some of the recently released GOTY edition such as Uncharted 2.
While large PS3 hard drive is cheap, do few gamers today care about backing up their PS3 hard drive anymore. For console locked saved game files, backing the entire hard drive is the only option. It takes a long time to backup 500GB hard drive that is full of data.
The game was originally released on Blu-ray for PS3 but way over priced. It's playable with Dual Shock 3 controller or Blu-ray remote control.
Does Ubisoft console lock saved game file again the PS3 version? I'm getting very tired of games that lock the saved game file to the console and stuck only able to play the same game progress on one console.
Move is not mandatory for LBP2. Look closely at the box art and it says compatible with Move.
