Fantastic. I'm so glad to hear that the game is running well on the Vita.
I really loved Thieves in Time and can't wait for this collection to come out in the States.

Actually the best option for gamers right now is the PS3. It has the most options for entertainment, a huge catalog of games, and with PS+, it has a ton of amazing free games coming every month.

That's not the same thing. When these PSP games were purchased digitally, they were done so to play on a PSP. That was the promise. And today you can still digitally download all those games to your PSP.
The fact that the Vita can also play some of those PSP games is a nice bonus but it was not what you were purchasing in the first place. If I buy a PS3 game, the promise is that it will play on the PS3, not that it should also be able to play on every PlayStation that is released ...

Yep, I think their goal was pretty high.
Maybe it's just not the game people want. It looks interesting, but it's not something I'd buy.

I CAN NOT WAIT for this!! Or more to the point, my daughter can't wait for this and I can't wait to get sole control of my tablet back.

I want it but I need to see the movie first!

My favorite thing about this game is that the Vita wasn't some sort of stretch goal, but rather one of the original platforms it was being developed on.
Though I find it strange how the only controller support they have for it on the PC is with a 360 controller, and yet none of the Xbox platforms are being supported.

I'm loving all these great smaller titles coming to the Vita. You can never have too many platformers. I'd love to see something like Outlands or Rochard make its way to the Vita.

inFamous sold 1 million copies on a system that has only sold around 6 million. That means 1 out of every 6 PS4 owners bought inFamous. That's an extraordinary attach rate. Sony should congratulate Sucker Punch for such a feat.

And I want to say that the quiet surrounding Titanfalls sales isn't because it didn't sell well (being on 3 platforms, and having a ton of hype, it sold pretty well) but I don't think it sold Xbox Ones in the way that Microsoft thought ...

Exactly. In the end, it's not about the most powerful or the highest resolution, but where are the best games to play. That's why I have a Vita. :)

Is this confirmation that the Vita port is going to be a port of the console version and not a port of Minecraft PE? I hope so.

Oh, so it's soccer?! I get it :) Here I thought it was "real" football.

Living in a country where soccer isn't a national obsession, I was curious as to how big these manager games are in Europe. Do a lot of people play them, or is this something that's really just a small niche?

Maybe I'm just a fanboy of platformers, but I'm loving how so many of them are now coming to the Vita. I think if there's one thing that Rayman has taught me, it's that the Vita is the perfect platform for.. um, platformers.

AC1 was beautiful, but not a good game.
AC2 was beautiful and a good game.
Then you had a couple of clones of AC2.
AC3, not very good.
AC4 was excellent.
I think it's heading in the right direction.

So what the take away here is that it's a game that you will get your money's worth. I'm really looking forward to getting this.

I had heard about Fez for years, and of course watching Indie Game the Movie made me curious about the game, but I had never played it until now. I know that Phil Fish rubbed some people the wrong way with his somewhat, er, eccentric(?) behavior, but her really did create something pretty great. I hope people can look past a lot of that drama and just enjoy this game for the masterpiece it is.

Thanks to the lighting effects on the PS4, I almost want to say that everything looks better at night now. I mean, look at some of the lighting effects from Killzone or inFamous SS and everything done at night is gorgeous.

Sadly, yes it can be. A studio needs to be financially viable in order to exist. The people who work there want to have salaries. This isn't a charity. It's a business. If two people are doing the same job, and you only need one, then it makes no sense to pay for two. "But they're both such nice people and really good friends" doesn't cut it in a business. I'm sorry it sounds mean, but it's life.

I think it was the other way around. The game didn't get canned because there were layoffs, but rather there were layoffs because the game was canned.

Seems like Sony is doing to all their studios what they did to Studio Japan. Getting things organized and making it so that it's not so much the wild west with different groups all off doing their own thing.

In the end, I think this is going to be healthier for all the studios.
