If you look at a game like Genshin Impact and it made over $5 Billion in revenue since launch for one game and it doesn’t risk the studio, so it gives an insight into why it’s so desired by Sony to go for that perpetual online game. I don’t think Sony should risk bringing its single player games to other consoles but bringing Hellblazer II to Xbox and Nintendo makes perfect sense.

Having never played Helldivers II or been an online Steam player I’ve observed this whole furore from a distance. What I have seen is that there have been some people from the Xbox cheerleader community who have not had a good 2024 with all the news that Microsoft games are going to PlayStation. @redknight80. If the main complaint is that people in over 150 countries cannot create PSN accounts then Sony needs to get its programming/logistics/legal team to make it available. If that happens, the next time Sony releases a multiplayer game on Steam with a PSN account requirement would this stop a repeat of this backlash?
