But the Dualsense doesn’t have a screen on it. What it does have is stuff like haptic feedback that the DS doesn’t have.

In other words, not even close to a 1:1 comparison. About the only thing in common is you’re getting an experience that takes advantage of console-exclusive features.

Another day, another interview by the leader of the third place console claiming he knows anything about the market.

A friend of mine actually has a PC TV setup and has for over a decade now. I remember the first time I saw it and being really intrigued, as up until that point I thought of PC as either being a desktop setup or on a laptop, but he essentially set up the console experience on a PC, with Steam.

I did vote for a Breath of Fire 1-3 remake in the remake section, and it was one of my three choices in series I wish would make a comeback.

That Capcom Town thing was quite a rabbit hole. Sorry bruh, I voted differently. Best of luck you Onimusha fans, but I'd rather a new Ace Attorney or Breath of Fire game.

I never would have even considered playing such a game on an iPad. I had a great time with it on PS2 back in the day though, and would be very surprised if I didn't have a great time playing it again now.

The Last Revelation and Chronicles did round out the last of the PS1 games. I'm all for more remasters, so sure.

Sweet! Glad past me pre-ordered a collector's edition of this from VGP.

Gamingbolt puts effort into releasing Sony doom and gloom articles? Are you sure? At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s an AI algorithm that can turn out these types of articles based on the formula of the usual Gamingbolt tropes.

Gamingbolt has been around for a long time. They’ve always been MS-slanted. This piece is pretty well in line with their usual drivel.

Third party confirmed. It’s going to be a more gradual thing than the abrupt announcement of leaving the console manufacturer side of things that was expected, but the writing is on the wall. Enjoy the last gen of Xbox while it lasts if it’s your favourite brand.

What? PC is literally rife with exclusives, many times more than on consoles. Mods exist because people with the technical know-how and the appropriate hardware like to have some fun with the source code of their favourite games. You haven't tried PC gaming in the past couple decades, have you?

Agreed. Much like with books, movies, etc., sure, some people may groan at an added foreword or “content warning”, but the important thing is that the original works are left intact.

Since when has MS been passionate about game development? Either way, I do not like that they own so many IPs now, even if they do go third party.

The phrase “the future of Xbox”, and not “the future of gaming” alone hints at a third party future, but I suppose we will see on the 15th.

I don't often hear about Sony adding accessibility options, so this would be a welcome addition on their part if they follow through with it.

Why not also bring it to a platform that would generate more revenue by virtue of having a larger user base? Xbox console sales are a drop in the bucket for MS compared to the prospect of moving more software.

So, it has begun. The writing was already on the wall, but one would think they would have kept up the pretense of caring about Xbox for a little longer. Third party confirmed.

I get the impression you think those things are mutually exclusive. They are not. This merger is bad for both consumers and workers.

Pirates assemble, and advocate for the right to be pirates, instead of just getting a compatible device and downloading the ROMs they want? Bruh, people who have a proclivity towards that side of things aren’t likely to start support groups to talk about their feelings on the matter.
