It was a pretty amazing gaming experience. EA did gamers of both platforms justice by delivering such a great game. They have "semi-earned" my trust back for now. It was obvious there would be a sequel in the end of the first game and I personally can't wait for it (the sequel) to arrive. I however, am not sure if multiplayer is the way to go for this game. As long as it doesn't distract from the single player campaign... then I guess I am all for anything they decide to add.
"Failure" only applies to this "article." I have had my Xbox since launch as well as my PS3/WII and I must say that the NXE is a vast improvement over the previous interation (blades). I didn't like it at first because I didn't know where everything was. I admit that it took a little time to get used to where everything is located. I usually just hit the xbox button in the center and bring up the mini-blades to find the most relevant stuff (relevant to me that is). Th...
I think you have had something else cause this. I have changed my password many times myself as well and have never had any issues with my trophies. I feel for you if this is true. I would hate to do my games over again to get my trophies back. This is one of the reasons I routinely backup my game saves.
I found the first game great so your assumption is kinda flawed since it is based on whether you liked it or not. I thought it had a great storyline and kept the gamer engaged. I can't wait to find out how they finish the story. As with all games... you either like it or you don't.
You have got to be kidding. This guy is an obvious joke. The only difficult part of changing out the HDD in the PS3 is applying the right amount of torque to the appropriate size screwdriver (which he probably didn't have in the first place) to remove the HDD screws. The other thing I find amazing is that he tries to state that changing out the 360 HDD is an easier process. While it is possible to change out the HDD in the proprietary HDD MS includes with most xboxs... it is a fairly comp...
For a question such as this... it can only be answered by supposition since there is no way to read a person's mind. I personally believe that a number a factors come into play for the reasons. I don't believe that a certain "income status" plays into owning a PS3. Granted it costs more than the 360... however, I know many, many people who own one who don't have the best job that allows alot of disposable income. Some people just save up for it... Others have parents who buy the...
Not a good comparison IMO. The online from GeOW was what made it such a great game. Yes, the campaign mode was fairly short... but RFoM wasn't that long either. I loved both games and heres to hoping that Insomniac delivers on what is to be a killer online gameplay. From what I have seen... they have. Gears looks great also... Both are a definitely purchase for me. Picking up R2 today.
It is listed on their website for preorder. I would assume they would have a couple in-store as well.
Doesn't matter to me one way or the other as I have two of them already. However, I don't think Sony is taking into consideration the state of the economy in the US currently (which has affected other nations as well). Alot of purse strings will be kept under tighter control for awhile now even if it is out of fear of what is to come if it does get worse. To be honest though... if they are relying on their lineup alone this season.... I have not seen too many commercials/advertising annou...
Agent..., I could not disagree with you more. I used to think similar to what you stated before I tried the beta; however, it is quite addicting. I spent the entire weekend playing the beta and haven't laughed that much in a while. I personally consider myself to be a hardcore gamer; but this game does bridge the gap. Not every game has to be full of blood and "teabagging" someone you just shot. There are some very simple levels out there right now... but there are quite a few ...
This is truly disappointing that they could not have put out a better version or even an equal one. The textures I saw in the demo are not as bad as those I have seen on the web pictures; but they are not close to the 360 version. It really is a shame for this was a very good game for the 360 and would have made a great addition to the PS3 library. Will probably just rent it for the trophies and not buy it as planned previously. All in all though... I would recommend any ps3 users who hav...
I personallly don't mind all the bloody sequences. Humm.... Guess I should not tell my shrink that one. I love science fiction storylines and I hope that they do this game justice in that respect. A must buy for me.
Sony should try to maximize this to get the most of it. I completely agree with you "posted" about the price drops here and there for MS but I don't agree that Sony should be relaxin' as you put it. That is essentially what got them in this mess to begin with for them to just rest on their laurels (per se) with the launch of the PS3. I think MS is trying to pry into Nintendo's market share with a lower price scheme for you have to admit that there are a lot of people in the world...
The thing that was actually funny about Kevin's rant on his "blog video" was that he brought up some valid points as to some "MAJOR" flaws in the game and gameplay which he attributed as to only minor flaws. I personally bought the game just to give it a chance because I like these type of games. It is okay but it definitely deserves the lower than expected scores it is getting. This game was overly hyped as are a couple of 360 games (of course... the same goes for some...
yet you posted "#70"... hummm
Interesting... you are right Chase... The date says Monday August 12th... but it should be Tuesday August 12th. It does look a little "photoshopy" choppy like a cut and paste. The "approvers" are getting more and more lax about crap like this getting posted.
I would think most who have posted are not trashing the game itself. It is okay but nothing stellar for an arcade title. He has every right to request whatever he wishes for a price; however, what he is asking is a little much for an overhyped product. And yes... I have played through the entire game today.
I see... you have to "get" this game to understand its simple mechanics and fairly straightforward puzzles. I am happy that you liked it (and "got it") but to declare it an "interactive masterpiece" is very misleading. i personally thought I wasted my money. It is a very simple "platformer" (stretching the term to it outermost limits) with some intersting "nostalgic"-feel graphics. It is a niche title at best IMO.
Mixed feelings about this since I just downloaded the game today and already beat the game within 3-4 hrs. There is no replayability in my opinion. It was an interesting endeavor, I must admit, for a "first game" for this developer. Was it worth the money? Not in my own opinion. I originally purchased it because of all the ratings hooplah it was getting. Should have known better. Not going to get into the argument that he is or isn't charging a reasonable price however, I do...
WTF? Are you serious or just 5 years old? America is not the only country with capitalists that took advantage of the booming economy and housing markets. Countless countries are being ravaged by economic setbacks because they also took advantage of the situation. As always, the economy will rebound. It will take time but it will happen. Now take your arrogant and uneducated behind back to your hut and quit whining about things you don't know diddly about.
