The Last Of Us Part 2, Cyberpunk, FF7 Remake. I highly doubt the PS5 launch lineup is going to be better then that.

This maybe the first time I skip a console launch. If Scarlett continues the lack of games, just like the XBox One, there will be zero reason to buy one. Pretty disappointing considering the XBox One had a better launch lineup.

Great move with the PS4 backwards compatibility, though I assume it’s going to be emulated. Hopefully it’s a great emulation. Last thing you want is increased input lag, for PS4 games, because of it.
Cheap gimmick. No thanks. First of all, I use headphones, for the extra immersion and secondly, I don’t want to hear sounds, coming from my controller below me.

Among 60fps games ONLY, Gears 5 has the best graphics.
If you were to include all games on console, Uncharted 4, Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, all have better graphics then Gears 5, not to mention, they are better games.
And miss out on one of the best games of the generation. Yeah smart idea...typical casual gamers

I’m really enjoying the game so far, but to say it has restored 1st Party Order is silly. First great XB1 game since erm, I can’t even remember. Last time I turned on my XB1 was QB, great game, so that’s 3 years, since a great game on XB1. Yeah long way to go folks.
That’s great and all, but the problem is, MGSV had one of the most generic, uninspired, empty open worlds in a long time. Not to mention reusing the same bases for multiple missions. The games strength was “inside” those missions/bases. The open world was god awful and pointless.
Having a open world is great, but only if it fits in with the vision of the game and is used properly. In MGSV it was not.
Hopefully this was all due to the issues Kojima had wit...

How about liking the idea of having great exclusive games on your console? XBOne exclusives, as rare as they are, are sub par at best, and all the other games (Multiplatform) on it, can be played on other/better platforms. One of the most disappointing consoles ever.
I get it, the “PlayStation” brand is huge, but the reason the PS4 has been so successful is because of GAMES. Hopefully Microsoft get their shit together next gen.
One thing that kind of held RDR2 back, was the inconsistency of the missions. There were too many “busy work” missions. There were great missions that moved the story along and fleshed out the characters, but then you had too many of the “Deliver a letter to someone”, “Ride and defend a wagon from armed robbers” “Herd sheep” “Fetch this item for someone” “Destroy this for someone”. Kind of ruined the pacing a bit, until you got to a good mission, that actually progressed the story/characters....
Why is this such a big deal? It’s still the PC version. It still plays on your PC. The only difference is you get it from a different digital store. Big deal.

Why would I stream my SP game over the Internet, when I can play it locally, no lag, no issues? I’d rather pay for the console, which by the way come out every 6-7 years, so price is not a factor anyway.
Firstly the experience is going to be exactly the same, whether its on PS4/PRO or PS5, even if the PS5 version has better textures and 60fps, simply because we have gotten to a stage where graphics have gotten good enough, where improving them, from this point forward, doesn't hugely improve the enjoyment of a game. So it is pointless waiting.
Secondly, a PS5 version seems kind of pointless. Part of the selling points of all these "Remastered" released of PS3 ...
