Stop playing on tiny gaming monitors then and get a proper display for gaming - A nice big screen 4K TV.
Never understood PC gamers that use tiny (less then 42inch) displays. You get a PC to get best graphics possible, but then you don’t get a nice big screen high end TV , which makes the most of those graphics by offering a bigger WOW factor and immersion, because of the bigger display.
Gaming on such tiny displays just downgrades the experience too much...
It is more of a Remaster on steroids, then a remake IMO
Yes, the graphics are enhanced, the animations improved, voice acting, but the levels will be pretty much the same design. This is the definition of a remaster. Not that will impact my excitement for it. Can't wait to play it.
No idea the fuss about Halo. It’s a generic outdated FPS.
Played about 6 hours. So far feels very generic. Feels like a generic game with no identity, with WD gameplay elements thrown in.
I guess this person never navigated the Xbox UI..If the new PS5 UI is busy work, then the Xbox UI is a full time job.
Wow, CDPR just continue to impress!
If usung a mouse wasn’t enough to accommodate for a persons lack of skill, using cheats as well. Just Wow
Japanese developer’s, unfortunately, arent the most talented. Some grewt games, but they lack talent optimisation.
The only time it wouldn’t matter is if every single NEW release hits Gamepass immediately on release, but that doesn’t happen.
It is great that Microsoft now have 23 studios, the question isn't quantity though, it is quality.
Are they going to be able to match the quality of the 1st party titles that Sony deliver? Are the games going to be AT LEAST great, or are they just going to be average? If it's the later, those 23 studios means absolutely nothing.
Just play Cyberpunk on launch day. You are not going to enjoy it more on PS5 (with improved graphics) or any less on PS4 anyway, so it is pointless waiting for the PS5 patch, which comes out in late 2021 most likely anyway.
Complete over exaggeration. Most games do NOT need 60 fps as they do not need the added precision and response like games that do NEED it. Like competitive FPS games and competitive fighting games. And before you say 30fps looks 'jittery' or 'not smooth', that is only the case when you immediately have been playing a 60 fps game, then switch straight to a 30fps game, but after 15 minutes, your eyes adjust and it becomes smoother, not as smooth as 60, but still smooth enough. ...
Never understand how people can game on anything lower then at least 40” displays. Small screens just kills the immersion and wow factor in games. Especially with 4K gaming.
It IS True. You WILL spend more $$$ by buying the Digital release.
You are LIMITED to the Playstation store by buying Digital.
Physical games are cheaper.
Let's say you run into a game on Playstation Store and notice it is near full price, you decide to wait until it goes on special. Next, you go shopping and find that exact game in the Shopping Centre, either on sale or used, but you can't get it because you bought an All Digital console.
...
120fps is completely pointless, so is 8K.
Plus, these consoles aren't anywhere powerful enough to make EITHER option make games look good.
Kids don't care, which is what 99% of the Switch user base is made up of. There is a reason the Switch games line up is full of shovel ware, with only a handful of great games.
Yes, because I buy a NEXT GEN console, a PS5, so I can play PS3 games, of course *facepalm*
Because it is oh so hard to just take out my PS3, plug it in and start playing?
Disc version is looking more appealing now that game prices are going up. PlayStation Store = Rip-off, considering you can get physical versions cheaper, not to mention trade in value.
Those backwards compatible games can already be played on PS4. Next gen is about next gen games. We all know Sony will deliver on this front, Microsoft is another question.
“ As for being he most powerful console ever, does it really matter with no exclusives to harness that power?”
If there is someone who doesnt want to go the PC route and wants the best multiplatform games, then yes, it matters.
That is the beauty of options.
PS5 for Exclusives
Series X for Multiplatform
