yeah. thats probably not going to work.
Its not free. You are paying for the platform that brings them to you. And if you stop paying for PS+ you can't play those games anymore. You are basically leasing them.
I respect your opinion but I must disagree. Anecdotal evidence is trumped by market data every time. What you are more or less comparing Shareplay to in your argument is a game demo. Market research shows that demoing a game doesn't push sales in a positive direction. That is why we don't have tons of demos on the current gen systems as we did on the last gen systems. It's not worth the cost, time or effort. If your friend was not interested in that game and you were, simply ...
its because they don't want to give any of the game away for free. if you are going to play it, they are going to want you to buy it. I personally see this as being the norm with big, expensive AAA titles, which is also why I haven't shared the same enthusiasm as other people on this site about Shareplay (along with bandwidth/quality issues)
talk about hyperbole. the ps3 updated frequently with invisible updates that didn't seem to do anything except take a long time... a really long time. The Xbox One updates by itself when its not being used. The next time you power it up you know its updated because suddenly you have a bunch of new features and capabilities that it didn't have the last time. If the PS3 had to update, I would literally just let it run and go do something else. If you update the Xbox One manually it...
As an owner of both consoles, both have had their share of problems. That said, I agree with what you said. XBL seems substantially more reliable than PSN and when it does go down or have problems, not only are they very good about supplying info in the form of status metrics and eta's, they manage to get the services back up pretty darn quick. I also haven't really seen much in the way of DDOS attacks. The one a while back was pretty benign compared to the havock it brought to PS...
awesome. please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck *crosses fingers*
Why do they do these comparisons? I understand comparing console screens of the same game. That makes sense. Comparing consoles to PC's though is like comparing a Toyota Corolla to a BMW M3. Sure the M3 costs 3x as much, but it also has tons more power and will always win. For $400, this gen of consoles do a great job, but PC's will always be ahead in terms of visuals and power. Pointless.
The ps4 is equivalent to a low end graphics card. Its not going to look as good as a PC with more powerful components. This will always be the case. The PC version wasn't even maxed out in this comparison.

I think 60 fps is great if the game needs it or it enhances the game somehow. Sometimes I actually prefer 30 though because it feels more like film, doesn't look quite has "home video" like and you get the added bonus of post processing effects like motion blur etc. sometimes that feels more real to me.
ahhh its soooo good.
Yes lots of my friends have both consoles because they are actually open minded people. With Multiplat games, you chores the platform based on a few factors: if multiplayer, you pick the version based which console has more of your friends playing that game. If not, you pick based on which one has the better version. Ps4 usually wins with multiplat quality but Xbox is winning with better exclusives in my opinion. That's why I'm glad I have both.. Also, it prevents you from having bli...
Yes. Yours is fine so all these other people should just ignore the problems they are having. Must just be in their heads.
I have both and it's awesome.
HAHA totally. Its so satisfying.
They just need to take it behind the barn, put it down and start over... Or Sony should just hustle Gran Turismo 7
Its probably for the best. I loaded up the retail version again for the first time in weeks and I was still having connection problems fairly regularly. Better, but still problematic. It's kind of frustrating too because sometimes your progress doesn't get synced. It's a lot to deal with for a game that at the end of the day is really just an OK game. If it were completely amazing it might give me incentive to have more patience but no...
agreed. Its honestly one of my favorite PS4 games.
resogun is freaking awesome.
This is the ps4 game I am actually really looking forward to
