I agree. If rez and fps are critical factors for your gaming experience, one should not even mess with consoles.... or... expect and accept that you're not going to get the top performance of the same title as on a well equipped pc.
Considering I never bought it the first time around, I think I'm onboard this time.
"FEELS LIKE THE FIRST TIME!"
agreed. the lighting is really impressive... looks real. Looks like theres even subsurface scattering along with raytracing, normal maps, bump maps etc
Wow this looks awesome
Lol I said the exact same thing
Sums up my feelings pretty accurately. It's a shame, really. Gran Turismo 6 launching on the ps3 right before the ps4 launch was a bummer but driveclub was salt the wound.
HAHA rad. Can't wait to check it out. Guess I did set the bar pretty low with that comment ;)
haha my point exactly.
driveclub killer... eventually
its beating out ACU on PS4 and everything else apparently... nice spin though
I was just going to say the same thing.... "French Revolution. Sponsored by Gillette"
The good news about these numbers is that they're from VGChartz so when the real numbers come in we can be surprised all over again.
Regardless... the PS4 continues to rock. XB is hanging in there... ooof. Japan. SSB is living up to its name.
3 reasons to gift the PS TV
1) You're mad at your money
2) You're mad at the person you would gift it to
3) You're out of other ideas
PS Vista maybe, but it really needs some love from Sony/Devs
I think they mean its running realtime on the console... not a pre-recorded demo or realtime demo running on say... a PC.
@Slowbaruwrx:
I have lots of friends who are developers who would actually agree with him and we've had conversations about it before.. and in the office with other devs. If it were easy, it wouldn't be a problem to begin with.
yeah. the installs break my b&lls. Ha. That rhymed. Seriously though. I hope they get that fixed soon.
you're joking, right? I mean... I'm looking forward to this update too, but the one thing Xbox is schooling PS4 at right now is big, meaningful software updates - and often. This is only the second major update for the PS4 that wasn't a stability patch. Share Play is cool and all but the amount of times I'd actually use it compared to something more useful for my household... like DLNA, external drive support, MKV support etc... is minor.
Awesome. This is going to be a good update. looking forward to some organization/customization.
When Driveclub was delayed for a whole year "Oh its better that they delay it than release a half baked game, this means it will be perfect". When Project Cars is delayed for legitimate reasons (difficult production, vast scale, crowdsourced, competing with way better known IP for release windows) "Wasted resources, struggling for relevancy, other games will get my dollars instead". This site is the biggest joke when it comes to objective conversation.
Awesome. Usually IGN and I agree. Guess I'll load up the store and get downloading the preload
