...upward to 3% of prisoners (at least in the U.S.) are innocent, but were convicted. The system is very imperfect, so if there is a chance that even one innocent person must endure prison, it is the responsibility of the rest of us to ensure that people are safe and treated humanely while in prison. Put yourself in the shoes of the wrongly accused, and see if you hold the same attitude.
That game was great, but man, the end levels were hard!
...you must not have heard about "The Tossed salad man" that Chris Rock talked about. Prisons are absolutely horrible places. If giving them video games helps occupy them some of the time, give them a tiny bit of escape relief, and keep people from being raped and killed then so be it. That's how I feel anyway.
This article seems to base its comparison on the assumption that the original U.S. "Whiners" comment was spot on when it was ridiculous. Whether it is life in general, or gaming, or whatever, if what someone else is doing or making possible threatens or forcibly changes another individuals chosen way of life/culture/ability to feel happy and fulfilled people get upset and voice their concerns.
Just because back in the day grandpa had to eat dirt twice a week and walk to...
...is Fox News, Mainstream news? Maybe Mainstream for a relatively small amount of Pseudo-Christian Americans who happen to have Cable, but that's it.
Yes, but not me. The only good thing about it to me is that Nintendo is finally going to make online voice chat available in conjunction with its release. I don't have anything against the game, but it pissed me off that Nintendo tried to shove this game down our throats as if it is the hardcore game we've been waiting for. Not gimped out the way they're making it it's not...
That is all.
What's that bullcrap all about?
What because he doesn't own a Wii, he concludes that "Hardcore" gamers aren't buying it? Do you think there would have been the huge irritation based outcry over E3 if the Wii didn't have alot of Hardcore owners? Do you think that Nintendo would be falling all over themselves to apologize and explain? Haters need to realize that the world is much bigger than them, their views, and choice of gaming systems. If you "Can't bring yourself to buy one", then oh well. Who gives a...
Both will sell well, but Wii owners are offended by the extremely late, chunk of crap, overpriced original Rock Band. Not to mention they seriously love Guitar Hero. Both games will sell well on all systems I think. With the exception being that GH:WT will destroy Rock Band 2 on the Wii, being the difference maker.
...it only makes sense to assume the source of his kids. It's horrible and all, but it appears he does have a reason for kidnapping her. :p
Correction. Buy both The Conduit, and Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games, but if you can only afford one, then buy The Conduit. :)
I know it fits into the whole party game category, but contrary to popular belief, Mario and Sonic is an extremely fun game. I think that the hate surrounding it has more to do with how insanely well it's selling rather than the actual quality of the game. IMO, only a downright hater could play that game with a group of friends and walk away saying ...
I personally had to get a second PS2 along the way when I messed up the first one. Several of my friends had various reasons why they also replaced theirs. Especially those who bought one within the first few years of its existence. The PS2 was a juggernaut, and is still rather impressive even now, but I don't think it's far fetched at all to believe that alot of those 120/130 million or so sold are to repeat customers.
They need to apologize, and get their act together.
...alot of the dislike for her appears to be because she is a woman. (Especially over at the IGN forum) That being said. What a worthless interview. Not only didn't we learn anything new, all of the so-called answers dripped with a coating of: "Stop asking that. It is what it is."
This game is actually alot of fun when you have a decent sized group of friends around. I'm guessing that the haters here on this thread haven't actually played it. It sure ain't the game of the year, but it's solid, and a crapload of fun with a group.
We may quibble about the order, but no doubt, those were the top RPG's on that system. Some of them are amongst the best all time.
...F*ck you yet again. Please stay tuned for next months repeat.
Sincerely,
Cammie Dunaway and Nintendo"
I swear, if Tales of Symphonia 2 and The Conduit weren't in Nintendo's relatively near future, I might've wiped my ass and been done with them after Brawl. 3rd party developers are the thread you are hanging by right now Nintendo. Ain't that some $#!%...
...site after site raves about the graphics and gives similar praise. Especially after E3, when there were alot of hands-on experiences. Face it, games that max out the capability of 480p look pretty damned good. A highly polished, thoroughly tweaked Wii game is capable of looking somewhat like an average/decent looking game on the other systems. Remember, many Xbox 360 and PS3 games aren't even 720p, but they still look amazing. The only reason that the reality of this game's look would be a...
