I liked most of these. I don't want DLC in Pokemon though. this is Nintendo we're talking about. Didn't it suck enough that we couldn't trade items over in Black and White? Now imagine having to do that every time from here on out because Nintendo charges a dollar apiece for the major competitive battling items and wants to repeatedly cash in on them. No thanks
Pokemon is ever evolving as a game but the core will remain intact or it's just not Pokemon. Now what they really need to do is create an MMORPG that can be played both through the Wii U and/or the 3DS. That's the type of freshness I want from this series. Classic formula, in global, human interactive, decent graphics, open world style.
Fun article to read though...
Just played it. The game looks VERY good, and I love the classic RE atmosphere. However, the controls are not very good. Hard to maneuver and avoid being chomped on by enemies...
I hope it doesn't take TOO long, but as long as he does something similar to the Brawl website with daily updates, it won't sting so bad. And man did that site help build well deserved hype.
Agreed. It gives hints as to how close to E3 as compared to Thanksgiving the Wii U will be released I think. That hint suggests earlier rather than later. October maybe? Or are they going to try to create a huge amount of hype in June, and follow up directly in July or August with a release?
If I'm Nintendo, I want this thing out well before the real Holiday shopping season starts. That way, retailers riding the hype train wanting to use it to garner more sales in other ...
If you don't use your Wii, you may want to see your doctor as there may be serious health issues.
That's an amazing statistic.
Better question: Are you really a hardcore gamer if you have the disposable income but DON'T buy a 3DS?
Elwenil, I do follow military technology, and what regional capabilities are, which lets me know that you are the one who doesn't know what he's talking about. I love my country. (The U.S.) But I'm not so arrogant, or deceived as to believe that their infantry is meaningless, and that in a war with them Aircraft carriers would make a difference. They currently have ocean dominance on this planet with their nuclear subs, which makes all the difference in the world. Kool aid drinker...
China's army numbers more than the entire U.S. population, they have the latest anti-missile missiles, and their navy is so good with their huge submarine fleet, it pretty much has made Aircraft carriers obsolete. That largely lessens the ability of the U.S. to effectively mobilize its greatest non-nuclear strength, the Airforce. It would be an ugly, hugely destructive war that pretty much neither country would emerge from with anything positive, if at all.
That's the main problem. Say you have 5 benevolent dictators. 20 even. As soon as you have one bad one it's game over. And there's no way to get out of it. People who think they know what's best for everyone tend to be the Ted Turner types, who go on and on about how there are too many people on the earth, yet as a private individual own an amount of land equivalent to two small U.S. states, and have enough money and assets to feed thousands for their entire lives. Sickening....
People who are afraid of Paul's foreign policy and radical ideas need to ask themselves, how much could he really change in 4 years? Nothing that would be detrimental to the country. If we ignore Iran, if there's a problem, Israel and their 300+ nukes will handle it. N. Korea? China will be forced to play hard with them.
So what can he do? Get rid of a crap load of F'ed up presidential orders that have been used to mess things up and expand Presidential and Govern...
The thing about cheat codes is that everyone has their own code of 'morality' regarding what's o.k. and what's not. For instance, I think it's absurd when people program their natures and I.V.'s etc. That's just ridiculous. Yet I don't see a problem with using codes to get items and berries since with Black and White we couldn't bring items over, and it's just annoyingly tedious to go through the battle subway a million times just to restock on crucial ...
Not to mention that playing Smash with the Wii Remote sucks as compared to playing with a Game Cube controller. Considering that the GC won't be compatible, it looks like we'll be forced to use Wii Remotes. Ugh. But then, for those of us who have the 3DS, that will probably be an option too.
Amen.
To each his own. I was highly annoyed by him, though admittedly a lot of that was because I wanted more play time and story time to focus on the original characters. All of that aside though, I'm just glad every time I meet another Tales gamer. Also, I felt that ToS2 took a step forward with the depth of customization. It was superior to other Tales games, including even Vesperia.
Ugh... Why'd you have to go and point that out... :p
Game looks pretty good. Especially the environments as you're flying.
Man... Every day they delay Kid Icarus Uprising is another day that the Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS releases will be pushed further away. Come on,... March?
I've been playing the demo, and I must say, the game graphically looks VERY good.
