He is including Nintendo when he talks about the industry...also this is more of an effort to embrace the unique than dismiss the continued.
I think he is saying it will die when X and Y come out...
Wow this is one heck of a comment section. After talking about the wii U for a while now it is funny to see how we keep doing this comment thread thing when it becomes abundantly clear that especially when it comes to Nintendo, nobody really knows what they are talking about, myself included. I wonder how many people in this thread consider the gamecube to have been a failure (even though Nintendo made a profit). The 3rd party support on the gamecube seemed way better than the wii, and yet it...
Hit the nail right on the head. I have read a few company reviews, and they claim there is a pretty solid disconnect between upper and middle management. New ideas are not as easily accepted depending on where they come from. I think Nintendo would benefit from have a more balanced management structure.
I personally would like to see all of the worlds now re imagined in 3d
you have proven then by acknowledging the learning curve that you adults can enjoy it and therefore maturity is not a factor. Therefore you haven't outgrown pokemon because you lost taste for the easier attraction points of that game, you just dont care for it which is also fine. Claiming you have outgrown it is like saying you have outgrown statistics based strategy game which you can see why that doesn't make sense. So no need to make it a maturity thing when it is just a matter of ...
There is a level of depth in Nintendo games that is exhibited by speedrunners, collectors, and especially the competitive gaming sectors of nintendo games. Most likely you just never made it past the first layer that makes Nintendo games accessible to everyone which is understandable. Therefore it would be more accurate to eliminate the first part of your statement and just leave the last one (which is just fine)
Pokemon is a bad choice to point out seeing as how there is more intellect necessary to really understand how to properly raise the stats and monitor breeding and trading of pokemon than there is to place most games that came out this generation.I'm willing to bet that you were too busy just picking which pokemon looks the coolest...

The best graphics will for sure be on PS4/X1 version.
However there is no reason that the best gameplay experience shouldn't be on wii u for this game. The gamepad simply ties in the best with the way I have seen the main character operate in the game. Whether the devs actually made this to be the case remains to be seen, but if they took enough time with it then the Wii U should absolutely have a better control experience than a standard controller.
The PS4 is not overrated. It is going to be a great console that I am looking forward to owning sometime in the spring. It is easy to get burnt out though on n4g. This site is a Sony circlejerk if I ever saw one with articles like these being a perfect example of another unnecessary affirmation of how powerful the PS4 will be when it already speaks for itself. My advice to you if you are not a troll, is to find a more balanced site where people are excited for the PS4 but do not worship it.
Cool so you don't like the gamepad then?
sad someone even took the time to write this...
" what have i got to look forward to on wiiu beyond mario kart 8 and smash bros? "
This is where there is just too big of a personal difference between you and I. I have no need to look beyond mariokart 8 and smash bros to be excited. Those two games alone will warrant my purchase of a Wii U, provide me with what will literally be years of replay value, and I'm going to be busy with my PS4 as well by the time. I think these would be issues for someone if the Wii...
if nintendo went handheld only then why would they bring their ips to the other consoles? I don't think that is going to happen, but it seems unlikely that Nintendo would bring their games back to a console atmosphere after moving away from it.
You seem to be missing my point...
You didn't address that I noted it is illogical to think that Nintendo could have a new high quality Zelda up and running when they just released one not 2 years ago. The same goes for any of those games.
Trust me I would love to have any game you mentioned there, and I'm not denying the "sells". The Wii U isn't selling well because Nintendo did not prepare enough for this launch. It is 100% their mista...
No Chesnaught is great. People always thing the starter evos suck when they first come out.
There are plenty of stupid repeat articles that have been posted way more than this.
Don't know why everyone is hating on these evos I think they look cool. Then again I don't remember a game since gen 2 where people weren't constantly berating the final stater evolutions. I think they look good considering they were going for 3 medieval classes with the assassin, mage, and knight. Chesnaught looks beast especially to me.
If someone told me I could only choose one game series to play for the rest of my life, Super Smash would be that series.
I know I probably don't have to tell you this, but Lol_Wut has a parasitic need to feed off of your anguish and that you should just make sure everyone on N4g with sense bubbles him down even when he tries to throw in a sensible comment just to gain some bubbles back. Most importantly, though it is difficult we should never comment on his statements because then it allows him to bypass his curse and feed on this planet for years to come.
