Wow, I haven't been this intrigued since that time I saw a Jesus action figure.
And yet companies still somehow think having AO rated games is a death sentence for their business.
In all seriousness though, there’s nothing wrong with enjoying the things you enjoy regardless of what age you are...so long as the things you enjoy aren’t criminal acts of course. When it comes to entertainment, who cares what you do in your spare time? About the only thing thing keeping adults away from games is finding the time for it.
Yeah, I really don’t like how they’ve handled Tekken 7, at all. I plan on checking it out eventually, but that day still hasn’t come. I’ve instead been cheating on Tekken and enjoying some retro fighting games I never played previously.
Companies have unfortunately figured out the simple truth, which is that fighting games lend themselves phenomenally well to the current age of DLC and season passes; so well in fact that it’s almost as if the genre were made for it.
I also miss the unlockable, and that’s something the current generation will never get to experience. Instead they get to experience the joys of paying more money for content from previous games that was cut due to corporate greed.
Interesting that they didn’t do it for the latest Pokémon games. I guess it doesn’t count as review bombing if it’s fans of the IP doing it.
That would just lead to a spike in 1s. People who review bomb will continue to do so as long as user scores open to literally anyone are a thing.
Why, because PS4 exclusives/console exclusives tended to be new IPs rather than sequels and the sequels/spinoffs we got were for more niche series? We also got a remake for an underrated PS1 gem. Not every year needs to be dominated with AAA releases.
You know what? Sony should release more sequels, and while they're at it, they should add monetization to multiplayer, and/or charge double the price for half the game of their predecessors. Apparently that's what ...
It really is the CNN of gaming!
When I played it, it was pretty obvious that the game started out before the events of RE2, and finished after them. Did I miss something that was supposed to obscure that fact?
Think about how much you hate someone, and when you finally decide that...no.
It's always incredible when people take the time to do something like this. That's dedication.
No, it's not, and drinking the Kool-Aid is so much worse when you have to dig it out of a dumpster, which is where the Stadia ended up from a sales standpoint.
It’s ok, man. I’m in the same boat as you and agree 100%.
The thing is, the new content is spread throughout the game. There’s some story stuff but it’s story stuff that’s threaded into the rest of the story. There’s also content like more options of things to do in the day-to-day parts of the game.
I see. Lulz. Yeah, even if it isn't the thing to put the series on life support I agree it's as close to official confirmation of such as it gets.
Sony tries new things from time to time but one of the things I like most about them is they don't shove these things down our throats like their competitors do. New innovations by Sony are usually optional things that we can check out if they sound appealing, and pass on if they don't while still having a lot to enjoy with Sony's latest games and systems. It's part of why I have no qualms about pre-ordering a PS5 when the time comes.
Normally I'd agree with you, but there are a lot of other things this series has done and think it jumped the shark way before it went into space. It also doesn't appear to be nearly the cultural phenomenon it was even a couple years ago, so I think it was on life support well before quite literally cutting off its oxygen by jettisoning it into space. Sure, there still seems to be a dedicated fandom, but while going to space likely isn't going to be the thing to CPR the franchis...
This is what caused you to come to the conclusion that the series has jumped the shark? Lulz. Well, I'm assuming there are fans of this series who still won't believe it until they literally see Freddy jumping a shark...which at the rate things are going I'm not going to rule out as a possibility.
As this will be the third time I do it, I can say...objectively, no, but subjectively, yes. The majority of your P5R experience will be familiar to you, but I treat it both as a dive into more content, and as an excuse to replay a game I enjoyed. Releasing it as an entirely new game is an antiquated concept in the age of DLC though, so there's no reason why Persona 5 needs to do what its predecessors did. On the other hand, Atlus clearly knows that people will buy it anyways, so...coun...
Perhaps so, but as a Christian as well I don't personally mind it. It seems harmless enough.
