Ugh, they’re hurting the industry in more ways than one, and this isn’t even the most egregious example, but yes, I agree.
F2P games get a pass because they don’t charge money up front, so that’s how they make their profit. Crooks behind full-priced games just happened to see that and came to the realization that they can double-dip on the consumer’s dime.
But, all the straws are gone. They have been gone for ages. There's no grasping to be had. I guess they have to try though.

Call me when it's proven that you can do half as much with a Series X as you can with a PC.
Why? Sony sold by far the most units this gen, and is set up well for next gen. Why should they copy anything the company who's in third is doing, especially when their system got outsold by one that only launched a couple years or so ago?

I find this impressions video underwhelming.
I would say offering sufficient new content for the price it's offered at makes it good, as does augmenting an already complete game. Overcharging for a very minute amount of content or charging for content that would otherwise be part of the main experience makes it bad.
Nothing until an Xbox sells well enough that it's not in 3rd place, or something similar to what MS is doing with Xbox is adopted by the competition.
Dude, I'm a PlayStation guy through and through, but you really don't have a good grasp of PC gaming. PC is full of exclusives. Most of them aren't AAA exclusives, but there are a ton of exclusives that will never reach consoles. PC gaming isn't all about power either. I don't have the most powerful PC on the market (and actually think my PS4 is more powerful), but it's good enough to run all the Steam games I play. A couple things on this list are legit, but...there's other stuff on there that makes no sense. I mean, it's cool to know what Nintendo was up to in the 60s, but that doesn't affect us now. I'd love for a VC but where do you get off thinking they should just give away their games for free? That would be like suggesting someone opens up a store and gives its products away for free.
