Soooo, did anyone SEE the game yet? It sounds interesting enough, but I need to see the gameplay itself to tell.

I think it'll either be a massive relaunch of the game on PS4 with a proper game mode set and character set, or it'll be a large expansion to PSAll Stars and a port to PS4.

Since SSM is rumoured to have a PS4 game announcement at E3, and now they find this. They either have two different announcements from the single studio, or this is it.

It's honestly just Call of Duty as we know it. Which can either be a bad thing or a good thing depending on your enjoyment with the series. I'll probably pick it up when it goes on sale though. Like below $30.

I'm curious of the Multiplayer, but my real draw to it is the story. I really dig the atmosphere I'm getting from the trailer. But once again, if I could buy the Single Player for $20-$30, I'd rather do that.

The only issue with this is that the general public won't see the PS4's conference. The group of people that don't care to really LOOK for these types of videos will be missing out.

So Sony should have pushed harder to get on TV with SOMEONE. I'm sure Sony Pictures knows a few people/companies in the industry that could have helped with that.

It's no big deal for most gamers tho since Live Streaming is available. And the guys searching fo...

Well luckily for them, the PS4 has all types of fruit, rather than just Apples, Oranges, or Bananas.

(Poke at Sony's vast array of genre's)

But the thing is, Sony's first party titles, and other less greedy publishers' PS4 games WON'T require this DRM method. Even if Sony ALLOWS EA or Activision to use it, others won't and Redbox would still be able to rent out PS4 games, whereas they'll have ZERO XboxOne games regardless of what Publishers say or do.

This is the issue with doom and gloom folks when it comes to Sony's PS4 and DRM.

Sony has already confirmed it's up to ...

I'll be skipping the PS3 version, but I may pick it up on PS4. We'll see tho since I've already bought and finished it on PC.

Is this true? This site is run horribly if every single reviewer runs on their OWN review system, and grades games differently as individuals.

Once that starts happening, people (if they even pay any attention) will start getting mixed up thinking you can get the same experience (if not a better one) by playing Remember Me or Resident Evil Revelations.

And if you honestly believe either of those two games are BETTER products than a game like Last Of Us, somet...

Wow, this site has no idea what they're talking about. People are upset with Activision because they keep REHASHING the same damn game and barely making any truly noticeable changes to the engine.

Naughty Dog on the other hand kept every single game they've released so far on the platform it was created on (minus Uncharted) and have created TWO new IP's this generation, while Activision has multiple developers mainly creating Call of Duty, a single game.

I actually see where you're coming from. That's only if you mean a replaceable Lithium-ion battery pack that also comes standard with the Dualshock 4.

But honestly, I haven't had to replace a single gamepad since the Dualshock 3 first released, and don't have an issue with the battery life. Especially since I almost always have my ~8 foot mini-USB cable around.

4626d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

Or instead of buying batteries, you could always just use a regular mini-USB cord to charge your Dualshock. Anyone with a PC/Laptop/Camera should have at least 1 decently lengthed mini-USB cord.

That, or you could do as you say and continuously buy new batteries, or pay for Microsoft's Xbox exclusive Gamepad cord, that you can't use on anything but that single controller.

It's much too early to say this. At least in my situation, I haven't even been able to finish Infinite yet. But that's a personal issue since I tend to go off the beaten path all too frequently to look for loot. So I get "fatigued", and not much has drawn me to WANT to finish it.

It's a fantastic game, but I wouldn't call it GOTY just yet.

I really want to play this game, but I think I'm gonna have to wait until it drops in price. It's hard for me to buy a Single Player game at full price when it'll probably only last me 10 or so hours.

Some games are an exception if they are high quality. I'd gladly pay $50-60 for a single player game that blows my mind and keeps me engaged. But Remember Me looks fairly average with a fantastic idea. So they'll get my money, but it'll be while it's...

See, this is exactly it. If gamers were so damn important to them, then WHY in gods name did the offical REVEAL of Xbox one have next to nothing to do with games? If gamers are their thing, then the focus here should have been GAMES. Then they could have shown media related features at E3.

The fact that they showed more media here, has me believing they don't have much more to show.

4637d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

I fully believe this was just an excuse. It's Microsoft claiming they have more than they do, as to keep people hooked, but I can almost guarantee you that you'll be disappointed if you go into E3 with this mindset.

Forget everything Microsoft has shown you and talked about before watching their E3 conference, otherwise you'll be horribly disappointed.

Probably doesn't download the Multiplayer and the last half of the game before letting you play. So you can play maybe a few hours of the game while it downloads the rest, with the Multiplayer being last.

Maybe they'll even use (test out) Gaikai's PS4 service to help push the game better. So it won't use the regular slower servers (I CAN download at 80-100mbs, but my PS3 tops out at 19-25mbs) or whatever.

Gaikai is supposed to be taking over ...

That's fine. All this will be doing is showing me what I'll be getting on my PS4 or PC in the future. Microsoft needs to show me more than multiplatform timed-exclusive content to get me interested.

For anyone disagreeing, explain why you think it's not like XboxLive. You pay $59.99 for a game, but if you DON'T pay for XboxLive Gold, you can't play half your game.

It's worse than pre-order bonuses since it's done system-wide but everyone ignores it. "OMG, BRING DOWN THE MAN!" if Capcom takes out 3 colours for fighters in Street Fighter for pre-order bonuses. But it's no big deal if Microsoft is FORCEFULLY getting you to pay 60$ (or more)...

"Nintendo Is All Up In Sony's 3D Venture"

"Microsoft Has A Naval Battle With Sony"

"Pikachu Really Hates Sony"

So 3 of the 5 are all "against Sony".

How about the even more ballsy Crash Bandicoot going to Nintendo's office and calling out Mario for a PlayStation commercial.

Or during the PS4 announcement (PlayStation Ethos trailer) when Sony directly called ou...

Well with the story thing, most games and movies have "cookie cutter" stories at this point. Even those massively loved indie games/movies that are supposed to break walls.

But when you mix everything together (character development, art, acting, animations, etc), you get what the product is intended to be. So when you're playing Uncharted, you're immersed in the world because everything is so well done. So even though the story isn't the smartest story...
