Sony wants you to get jigga with your PS3.
I was about 12 years old when I played Pac Man on Atari. I never expected it to equal the arcades. So, I thought it was fun. I got to the point where I could play forever without dying.
Shenmue was great, and I'm not the only one to say that.
You would like to see this apply to games like Elebits or Cooking Mama?
I'm not saying it's fun to wait in line, but if you have nothing to do on Sept 24, you will be in that line. (Unless you have Super Walmart.)

When the hype reaches max level on Sept 24, he'll be in that line, rain or shine.
The 1st one to leak Halo 3 likely has a million dollar fine. Otherwise, it's $5,000 per copy sold.
That's why it's serious.
For those that have huge 1080p HDTVs, it makes a difference. I am happy with 1080i since that is all I have.
I only have 1080i (or 720p), but that is great news. It looks like Halo 3 will be polished. Of course, that's no surprise.

The 3D0 was from a new company. The Saturn was supposed to win the console race against the PS1. But it was too expensive and difficult for developers.

All of these games needed more time to bake, but Sony pushed them to get the games out, regardless.
...but the ending shat on me. I recommend the game as a buy, but the second half of the game is stupid.
There is no exclusivity agreement between Sony and Epic. The simple truth is that Halo 3 would crush UT3 sales on 360. That is why it is delayed on 360.
It makes sense for Epic to bring it to PS3 since there is much less competition on that platform.
The #1 winner was Tina from the game "Death or Alive". It wasn't just a typo, since it was in the image and in the text description.

It will be a stripped down PS3. It has to be stripped down because the mfr cost is too high. But that's ok. You don't need wi-fi or backwards compatibility.
Microsoft needed BC because Halo 2 was too good. Many people on my friends list continue to play it regularly. I don't know if any PS2 games have the replay value of Halo 2 online.
If Sony doesn't do something do reduce the price, MS is going to finish the fight this Christmas, once and for all.
The reason JRPGs are associated with the PS1/PS2 is that they were the dominant machine.
Anyways, I have bought every JRPG for 360 (except for Enchanted Arms, which I rented and finished.)
Blue Dragon is the best one. I've just finished Disc 1 and it was better than I expected. However, BD is like Skies of Arcadia and Dragon Quest in that the characters are "kiddy". This is a problem for westerners.
A few games which were released in Japan and Europe, did not make it to US shores. Rez and Shenmue 2 didn't make it on DC. (PS2 and Xbox, respectively)
FFVII was great for it's time, but a remake would only feel old. Have you played MGS and RE remakes? They are old games with good graphics. There must be a sense of mystery which you can only get with a new game.
The petition should be for prequel or sequel of FFVII.
Teh Sony has lured Bioware employees and merged them with teh Factor 5 for Lair 2!!! (Joking, of course)
