With the exception of Nintendo hardcore fans, the Wii is apparently selling to families and casuals. But the families and casuals are not buying many games.
Every Wii title in the top ten list is Nintendo 1st party. 3 of them have "Mario" in the name. Finally, the 360 game sales eclipse the Wii's game sales in units and, more so, in revenue.

I'm playing Blue Dragon now, and it's a solid JRPG. The nice thing about BD is that the camera is not fixed. I don't understand why anyone would make a 3D game with fixed cameras.
But I'm sure I will enjoy Eternal Sonata anyways.
$250 for a white Gamecube? They make $100 or more on every Wii (small white Gamecube) sold.
Microsoft is a little grateful for the Wii since it is essentially killing any chance of the PS3 succeeding.
Bioshock could have tanked. It's a new IP. It only get better for MS now thru Jan.

The company name is misspelled, so I would be very careful about verifying the authenticity of the zip drive. It spelled, "Iomega".
History dictates that the console with the most sales out of the gate wins. Developers won't wait for Sony to sell PS3s.
It's better then FFXI, but MS needs FFXIII and Dragon Quest.

Blue Dragon was strictly targeted towards Japan. It was an attempt to compete with Dragon Quest. But that's like Killzone competing with Halo, sort of. The team behind Blue Dragon is made of the best Japanese talent, unlike Killzone.
Famitsu gave Blue Dragon a very high rating of 10,9,9,9. Nearly perfect. Mistwalker did their job. Obviously, 1 game isn't enough. MS either needs 10 "Blue Dragons" per year, or exclusive rights to Dragon Quest.
He is overrated and likely had much less input on any of his games than he would lead us to believe. His opinion is worthless.

For all this talk about "critical reception" of Heavenly Sword, it shows the weakness of the PS3 library. Have fun for 7 hours.

Many games for 360 have casinos. Full games, XBLA games, and mini-games within full games.
If you do the math, it is impossible to win. You don't even get a 50/50 shot. At best you will win 48% of the time. This means that you lose.
Besides, Man must work since God says so. When you work, you earn money 100% of the time.
In Gears, there's tons of blood and you can chainsaw people. Like you said, peoples bodies are blown to bits and pieces. It's more graphic than NG2.

It better not be a PS2 port, like the first Gun. I never played it since it was essentially a PS2 game.
