If they can get into the next console, and this is the kind of edge consoles would need over PC's.
What does this have to do with games???
I honestly feel this article was LAME! Why would they compare the Cell to a processor that got a horrible review and is know to be a power hog? Why didn’t they compare it to the Core 2 Duo? Comparing it to a processor that is actually good would have been worth it. Second they go as far as to say the CELL never runs a it’s full wattage but much lower, that’s a no brainier, I doubt Sony would be wanting it running at max capacity. What’s worse is they never look at what the 360 generally runs ...
Agreed
It's funny how someone disagreed with you... It's like fanboys are blind to any facts.
Wow, MS better do something about vista quick.
I don't see any advantage bluetooth is going to give my 360. We have a wireless headset and now they are giving us a keypad. If anything the xbox needs is a mouse for RTS.
A fellow software developer downloaded XNA and Torque X the other day. He was able to put together an arcade level game in about 3 hours. All in all it didn’t seem to have a high learning curve for the basic stuff provided you know C#.
I guess it depends on who reads this.

Believe what you want but the pictures show different, doesn’t look like a sale out to me. What about PS3 moving to 8th place on Amazon not only that you can still order them on http://www.amazon.co.uk
I had an Xbox and a PS2 still do. Sony supporting the PS2 still, very simply they would be stupid if they didn’t. They still have support of 3rd party developers because they know that they can make a game make up cost and get a profit, on the already large and steadily increasing consumer base. Sony’s still making money off producing the system, and the system is still selling well. Now look at Microsoft where none of this is true.
The Xbox didn’t have many 3rd party developer...
It would be interesting to know what their current inventory is and if that number will be the increased or decreased. It would also be nice to compare that stock inventory order with other retailers. If the inventory is significantly lower and it’s not a result of Sony not being able to manufacture enough units, or that they are just selling out, then CyberSentinel could have a good point. However if the inventory stock stays the same or increases this could just be a promotional gimmick, to...
Honestly it’s way too early to make judgments. Products can have killer release sales when they come to market but this doesn’t determine a products success or failure. In the case of the PS3 it shows how many early adopters (Hard Core Gamers) are in favor of the system. It is expected that sales should slow a bit from initial release day sales but should progress at a steady rate until it hits the early majority crowd. The game industry has declared once a console hits 10, 000 consoles sold,...
I have both and would say they are about even. I would lean a bit more toward C & C 3 because the online is a lot more stable and the graphics are better ;)
I play a lot according to my girlfriend and I only have around 2k. The only games I would say it's rather easy to get points in is the sports titles.
Good Interview.
I wasn’t singling out Europe. I realize it’s only been out a week there. What I was saying is that there was so much hype about the game here in the US and so much comparison between that and GOW. That you would have though in general it would have already sold a million games. That’s no diss on RFOM the reviews were great and it looks like an awesome game.
Everyone get’s so defensive about any comment made toward the PS3, not everything is an attack.
I would have thought RFOM would have sold way more than that.

I've waited for a new starcraft for years. I'm more ticked that blizzard just left all of it's fans hanging with no game. Not sure I would even buy Starcraft 2 out of protest.
