Okayyy. I see. YOu must think only pc players can cheat in online multiplayer games. Funny.
I've found close to no cheaters while playing many years on PC. And yet I play 1 mp game on console and I see massive amounts of cheating.
I was playing online before microsoft made us pay for it. And I still only play online where its free.
Dont forget that they also made the biggest change in the industry regarding exclusivity deals the tomb raider exclusivity fiasco.
This year's GOTY contenders are a joke. Returnal deserves that spot and if not returnal then there's a myriad of indie titles that deserve the spot instead.
Not a huge racing fan but I did try to give Forza a go....I personally was more impressed with burnout many years ago or something like Mario kart....or fzero and wipeout.
Its the internet. What did you expect?
It's not manhood. It's just called an achievement. And the attrition is also fun so your point doesn't make sense.
Just don't play games that punish you with their difficulty.
Yeah. Each full run is maybe an hour to an hour and a half if you know what you're doing.
Half runs to the midway point or from Midway to end take about 30 minutes.
I can't believe how much I enjoyed doing full runs several times in a row.
Marred? Really? I guess I missed them all.
Think you might be confusing bugs with the whole difficulty spike thing. And the whole thing about no checkpoints which made many quit because their console would turn off or need an update and they'd lose progres....etc.
Enough with the blatant racism.
@orchard
Okayyyy....so a person hypothetically considers 100$ too much but is completely willing to spend over 300$ on a console.
I think you're missing the point. The point is that if an individual is educated and is willing to spend 100$s on a next gen console they would have easily gone for the PS5 digital instead of a far weaker console at $100 less that won't give them that next gen experience.
You also can't trade game...
@andrew
You sir lost all credibility for assuming auto correct doesn't affect us all.
@philm
To me cyberpunk is the classic case of consumers not paying attention to the signs. And of course stupidity as pre orders are not your friend...ever. and it shouldn't take a game being broken at launch to have to convince you of that fact.
Was the hype from devs too much? Yes. Was it any different than many other games including something like tlou2 which portrayed the idea that Joel would be a big part of the game...no. not different at all.
...
Death loop is not even a good game. It's their worst yet.
So you weren't paying attention then. The wall running and climbing was cut early on. Even I knew this and I barely followed the hype.
What was censored in demons souls? Or shadow if the colossus? Or in destroy all humans?
Remasters yes.remakes no.
So its gamers fault that a developer decides to put out something unfinished? how does that work exactly?
Not saying its bad. All games i play have had great audio though so its become an expectation for me.
Precisely. Gameplay is all fun and good but at the end the score needs to be the sum of all of its parts. Can't be scoring the game a 9/10 simply because the gunplay is very good. I personally prefer destiny's gunplay btw.
And I should've been more specific. To be there's a difference between the gameplay in halo and the gunplay. The gameplay in the single player campaign isn't all that great but the gunplay, like in multiplayer, is great.
Console games werent there yet regarding online multiplayer. It was still all about that co op experience.
On PC there was no such problems.
